    摘要: The invention provides an electronic component mounting apparatus in which a mounting time per electronic component can be reduced by starting a vertical movement motor and so on as early as possible. When a CPU judges that an interlock canceling condition where the movement of a suction nozzle in X and Y directions is to be completed is satisfied and judges that an interlock canceling condition where an electronic component is to be fed on an electronic component feeding unit is satisfied, the CPU outputs a signal indicating the satisfaction of the canceling conditions to a second motor controller. A CPU of the second motor controller that receives the signal indicating the satisfaction of the interlock canceling conditions about the movement of the suction nozzle in the X and Y directions and the feeding of the electronic component on the electronic component feeding unit immediately outputs a start signal to a nozzle vertical movement motor.

    摘要: In the color image transmission system between a pair of computer image processing systems A & B, a common basic color such as R.G.B. basic color is firstly decided, then this common basic color is transmitted from the system A to the system B so that a digital image (X) is indicated on the monitor of the system B, the color matching operation is applied to the digital image (X) to substantially match the displayed color thereof and decide a correction value a from color data indicated on the monitor of the system B. This correction value α is used in a color calibration process applied to a digital image (Y) indicated on the monitor of the system B which is created by transmitting an original color image (Y0) from the system A so that a color modified digital image (Z) having a color substantially matched to the color of the original color image (Y0) is indicated on the monitor of the system B.

    摘要: The invention is directed to quick adjustment of a positional relationship between two axes when an error occurs in the positional relationship between the axes when a beam is moved by two drive sources. According to movement of the beam for component picking and mounting operations, linear scale signals (outputs relating to positions of one drive axis and another drive axes) from linear scale reading heads are inputted to a Y2 driver and a Y1 driver respectively. Since each of the Y2 driver and the Y1 driver has a calculation means and a control means, when inputted with both the linear scale signals, each of the Y2 driver and the Y1 driver calculates a difference between positions of the drive axes of the beam by the calculation means, and controls a moving member of a linear motor by the control means based on the difference so as to increase thrust of one drive axis in a case where the one drive axis is in a more backward position than another drive axis and reduces the thrust of one drive axis in a case where the one drive axis in a more forward position than another drive axis.
