The relationship between a discharge gap and a surface potential, and a relationship between a discharge gap and a surface potential variation are obtained. Then, a range of a discharge gap is obtained (approximately 5.about.10 mm) satisfying a range of the required surface potential (-600 V) and the tolerable surface potential variation (30 V). The relationship of the discharge gap with respect to the surface potential and the surface potential variation is varied by reducing the applied current. The discharge gap is converged to one value (approximately 7.5 mm) in response to the range of the discharge gap being reduced.

The feeding device includes a pair of feed rollers which holds the medium therebetween in rolling contact with the opposite surfaces of the medium. At least one of the pair of feed rollers is driven so as to rotate about an axis perpendicular to the printing direction, to feed the medium in the printing direction. One of the feed rollers which contacts the above-indicated one surface of the medium has an outer circumferential surface which includes a small-diameter portion whose diameter is smaller than that of the other portions. The small-diameter portion is aligned with the printing area in a direction of width of the medium perpendicular to the printing direction, so that the small-diameter portion is prevented from contacting the printed image. The feed rollers may be replaced by a platen roller of a printer. The platen roller is rotated about an axis perpendicular to the printing direction, and cooperates with a print head of the printer to hold and feed the recording medium such that the platen roller and the print head contact the opposite surfaces of the medium. This arrangement also protects the printed image from an adverse influence by a feeding action of the feeding device.

An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a resin composition for solar cell sealing material which is capable of lowering a cost by shortening of a processing time and has good storage stability. Further, another object of the present invention is to provide a solar cell sealing material having excellent transparency due to no generation of lumps therein by using the obtained resin composition for solar cell sealing material. A method for producing a resin composition for solar cell sealing material according to the present invention includes: preparing an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (A) containing a vinyl acetate unit in an amount of 25 to 35 wt % and a crosslinking agent (B), whose impregnation weight with respect to 1 g of the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (A) per 24 hours at a temperature of 23° C. is in the range of 40 to 80 mg, as raw components; and impregnating the crosslinking agent (B) into the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (A) at a temperature of 15 to 80° C.

According to this technology, the display screen is divided into an ultrasonic image area A1 which displays an ultrasonic image P and an operating part display area A2 which displays buttons (Fov, Pos, ROI, and Dop) for selecting a change to be made in the ultrasonic image P. The operating part display area A2 has a touch panel, and when a finger F selectively touches one of the displayed buttons and is dragged, the displayed image P of the ultrasonic image area A1 is changed on the apparatus side according to the selected changes and drag direction.
