摘要: The present invention relates to radio communications technologies and discloses a method, an apparatus, and a system for sending a data packet to avoid repeated forwarding of data when a user equipment hands over between an access point and an evolved NodeB. The method includes: receiving, by an evolved NodeB, a data packet sent by a core network and sending the data packet to a current access point; and keeping caching the data packet on the evolved NodeB before determining that a user equipment has correctly received the data packet from the current access point. The present invention is applicable to data transmission in a network.

A system and NodeB for transmitting information are also provided. With the present invention, the NodeB and the RNC can share the E-DCH transmission bearer, thus saving the channel resources between the NodeB and the RNC while speeding up the information transmission between the RNC and the NodeB.

摘要: A method and apparatus for measuring target gas concentrations in an atmosphere. The method and apparatus emit in the atmosphere a laser beam tuned to a molecular absorption line of a target gas, receive a reflected signal affected by gas absorption of the target gas in the atmosphere, divide and direct the received signal into a first optical path and a second optical path including in one of the paths a correlation gas cell filled with a predetermined concentration of the target gas, detect transmitted signals through the first optical path and the second optical path, and calculate a target gas concentration by comparing a first signal transmitted through the first optical path to a second signal transmitted through the second optical path. The apparatus includes a laser source tunable to a specific molecular absorption line of a target gas and configured to emit in the atmosphere a laser beam having a spectral bandwidth greater than a full width of the molecular absorption line of the target gas, a receiver configured to receive a reflected signal affected by gas absorption of the target gas in the atmosphere, and at least one detector configured to detect transmitted signals through the first optical path and the second optical path.

摘要: A solar seawater desalting apparatus includes a solar module, an insulating plate mounted below the solar module, a conductive plate, a condensing room below the insulating plate and communicated with the seawater channel, and a thermal plate mounted in the insulating plate. The conductive plate is mounted to an upper side of the insulating plate for heating seawater flowing through a seawater channel between the insulating plate and the solar module. A top of the condensing room is delimited by a cooling plate. A collecting chamber is provided in the condensing room and located below the cooling plate. The thermal plate includes a high temperature area in contact with the conductive plate and a low temperature area in contact with the cooling plate. Water in the heated seawater vaporizes in the condensing room and condenses at the cooling plate, and the condensed water is collected in the collecting chamber.

摘要: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method, an apparatus, and a system for data transmission. The method for data transmission includes: determining that data to be transmitted is control plane signaling related to a user equipment that camps on a relay node; and transmitting the data through a first user data bearer established between the relay node and a donor base station, where the first user data bearer provides integrity protection for the data. According to the embodiments of the present invention, when the control plane signaling related to the user equipment that camps on the relay node is transmitted between the relay node and the donor base station, integrity protection is provided for the control plane signaling, and therefore attacks such as the denial of a service attack are prevented.

In certain embodiments, the invention provides a cell counting or biomolecule counting system including: a covered chamber having a known height and configured to hold a suspension of biomolecules or cells in a sample; at least one fluorescent light source connected to at least one fluorescent light beam narrowing device; a bright-field light source connected to a bright-field light beam narrowing device; a microscope objective; a detection device; a fluorescent filter assembly to allow only excitation light to illuminate the sample and allow only emission light from the sample to be imaged by the detection device; and a movable light shutter to block bright-field light during fluorescent detection.
