摘要: One embodiment of the present invention relates to a modulation system having a phase locked loop and an adaptive control. The phased lock loop is configured to receive an input signal and an adaptive signal. The input signal is an unmodulated signal, such as a phase component or phase signal. The phase locked loop is also configured to provide an error signal and an output signal. The error signal indicates one or more modulation errors. The output signal is a modulated version of the input signal that has been corrected using the adaptive signal to mitigate the one or more modulation errors.

摘要: A micromechanical component, in particular a micromechanical sensor having a carrier substrate and having a cap substrate, and a manufacturing method are provided. The carrier substrate and the cap substrate are joined together with the aid of a eutectic bond connection or by a metallic solder connection or a glass solder connection (e.g., glass frit), in an edge area of the carrier substrate and the cap substrate. The connection of the carrier substrate and the cap substrate is established with the aid of connecting areas, and a stop trench or a stop protrusion or both a stop trench and a stop protrusion are situated within the edge areas in the bordering areas.

摘要: A method is described for manufacturing a micromechanical component. The method includes providing a first substrate, forming a first connecting structure on the first substrate, and forming a microstructure on the first substrate after forming the first connecting structure. The microstructure has at least one movable functional element. The method further includes providing a second substrate having a second connecting structure, and joining the first and second substrates by carrying out a bonding process, the first and second connecting structures being joined to form a common connecting structure, and a sealed cavity being formed in the region of the microstructure. The method provides that the first connecting structure takes the form of a buried connecting structure extending up to an upper surface of the first substrate. Also described is a related micromechanical component.

摘要: Systems and methods are provided for automatically determining substitution chains that are valid during a rules-based ATP check for an order item. In one implementation, a system is provided that includes an interface for interfacing with a plurality of data storage devices in at least one of which a plurality of stock items are stored as data. The system also includes an execution memory storing software and a buffer for temporarily storing data. A processor coupled to the interface and the execution memory may carry out an availability check in which a replacement chain describing replacements is stored in the buffer. The replacement chain may be determined by one or more of rules defining substitutions.

摘要: A C-plate compensator is disclosed for compensating the residual A-plate and C-plate retardance of a reflective liquid crystal on silicon (LCoS) display or a transmissive liquid crystal (LC) display in a projection display system. The C-plate incorporates a form-birefringent coating, whose retardance magnitude can be adjusted by tilting with respect to the display panel (X-Y) plane. The tilted plate is rotated about the Z-axis by a prescribed amount from the slow axis of the display panel. Criteria are described for choosing the tilt and rotation angles such that the contrast of the display system produced by the compensated panel is optimized.

摘要: In a method for the 3D digitalization of an object with variable surface a plurality of camera pictures of partial surfaces of the object (4) are taken and put together for determining the 3D coordinates of the partial surface of the object (4). Camera pictures are taken of partial surfaces of the object (4), which overlap at their edges. For each camera picture the 3D coordinates of the associated partial surface of the object (4) are determined. The 3D coordinates of these partial surfaces of the object (4) are matched and put together by a matching method. Each camera picture is divided into subframes (1.1-1.9, 2.1-2.9, 3.1-3.9) which overlap at their edges and which overlap with the subframes of adjacent camera pictures. To the subframes (1.1-3.9), the associated 3D coordinates from the camera pictures are assigned. The 3D coordinates of the subframes (1.1-3.9) are matched and put together by a matching method. The method can iteratively be carried out several times. (FIG. 2)

The oscillator circuit may include a frequency control input to output an oscillator signal. The frequency of the oscillator signal depends on an input signal applied to the frequency control input. The control circuit is configured to apply a first input signal value, a second input signal value, and a third input signal value to the frequency control input. The frequency detector circuit is configured to detect the first frequency value of the oscillator signal when the first input signal value is applied to the frequency control input, a second frequency value of the oscillator signal when the second input signal value is applied to the frequency control input, and a third frequency value of the oscillator signal when the third input signal value is applied to the frequency control input.
