摘要： A system and method for automatically controlling a vehicle speed to a desired cruise speed are disclosed in which whether after any one of command and release signals is outputted from the corresponding set/cruise, acceleration, resume, brake, clutch, and cancel switches, a control unit outputs a corresponding receipt signal via a corresponding output port is determined, whether the contents of the control command signals presently outputting through the respective control valves are equal to inverted levels at the respective control valve is determined, and a power supply to control valves for adjusting an operating variable of an engine driving force adjusting mechanism and the control unit is interrupted when at least one of the results of determinations indicates a negative result. In addition, when the control unit outputs the control command signals to the control valves to increase the vehicle speed, a subroutine of monitoring a cruise speed control enable state from the vehicle speed, command switches, release switches, and flag indicating the cruise control state in the control unit is executed.

摘要： A system and method for automatically controlling a vehicle speed to a desired vehicle speed in which, when a set switch is operated, a vehicle speed V.sub.1 at the time of the predetermined set storage unit of microcomputer and a limit vehicle speed switch operation is stored in a vehicle speed V.sub.alpha is set which is lower than the stored vehicle speed by a predetermined value alpha (V.sub.alpha =V.sub.1 -alpha, alpha>0). The second initialize control is such that an acceleration command signal is intermittently outputted to a throttle actuator until the deceleration of the vehicle becomes below a constant rate upon detection of a change rate of the vehicle speed after a first initialize control in which the acceleration command signal is outputted for a predetermined period of time upon receipt of a cruise command signal from a command switch. 摘要： An apparatus for accommodating an electrical cord in a heated toilet seat having a toilet seat body and a base cover pivotally connected to each other, wherein an electrical cord adapted for electrical connection between a heater mounted within the toilet seat body and a controller therefore is secured at one by a grommet provided on the base cover and at the other end by a cord fastener in the toilet seat body. Sufficient cord slack is provided in the toilet seat body so that the cord may be retracted or extended during the pivoting of the toilet seat body. The cord slack is in the shape of a loop, and a guide stopper is positioned within the loop to guide the cord during extension and retraction and limit the maximum extension of the cord.

摘要： Either a single copy or a plurality of copies of an original document may be made. Making a single copy or the last copy of a plurality of copies comprises, during a first revolution of a photoconductive drum, electrostatically charging the drum, radiating a light image of the document onto the drum to form an electrostatic image, developing the electrostatic image using a magnetic brush to form a toner image, transferring the toner image to a copy sheet, electrostatically discharging the drum and uniformly radiating the drum with light to further discharge the same. During a second revolution of the drum the drum is cleaned with the same magnetic brush to remove residual toner, and again electrostatically discharged and uniformly radiated. During a third revolution of the drum the magnetic brush is again used for cleaning. For making all but the last of a plurality of copies, the drum is charged, imaged, transferred and electrostatically discharged during a first revolution thereof and cleaned with the magnetic bruch during a second revolution. Whether the process is used to make one or more copies, the same portion of the drum is always used. Subsequently, the drum rotation is indexed so that the next process will use a different portion of the drum.

摘要： The method detects a toner concentration in a developer comprising a mixture of magnetic carrier particles and a non-magnetic toner through the determination of a leakage magnetic flux with a Hall element having a high sensitivity. The mixture is first shaped into a predetermined configuration and brought into a fixed magnetic field where the leakage magnetic flux is sensed by the Hall element. The shaped mixture may be a magnetic brush per se in case of the well-known magnetic brush device used. Such a Hall element is very susceptible to a variation of environmental temperature and thus requires a compensation therefor upon the determination of magnetic field. In one aspect of the invention, the compensation may be conveniently achieved by detecting a voltage across the control current terminals of the Hall element and supplying the detected result into an input of analog calculator.
