Wire deterioration is detected by checking whether or not an electric current flows from the life prediction wire 14 to the emitter-wire bonding pad 2. Thus, by directly checking a deterioration state of the semiconductor device, the life of the semiconductor device is predicted.

摘要： In a color image recording apparatus provided with plural print heads and a conveyor, each print head includes a plurality of recording elements aligned along at least a single line in a primary scanning direction and the plural print heads are arranged in parallel to each other in the primary scanning direction so that plural component images of the color image are formed parallel respectively by the plural print heads. A reference component image forming device controls the plural pieces of print heads so as to form and superimpose plural reference component images based on the reference component image data and timing setting values. A timing correcting unit analyzes positional deviations in the secondary scanning direction among the plural superimposed reference component images and corrects the timing setting values on the basis of the positional deviations in the secondary scanning direction.

摘要： A speed-changing transmission device for vehicles includes a speed-changing shaft connected to rear wheels and disposed at the rear side of an input shaft driven by an engine co-axially with the input shaft, a counter shaft mounted in parallel with the speed-changing shaft and driven by the input shaft, and forward and backward speed-changing gear systems through which the speed-changing gear is connected to the counter shaft to constitute a speed-changing transmission mechanism. A forward one-way clutch is disposed between the input shaft and the speed-changing shaft of the speed-changing mechanism. In the power transmission path formed by the backward speed-changing gear system, provided is a backward clutch and a backward one-way clutch parallel with the backward clutch. The connection between the engine and the speed-changing the speed is turned into "OFF" state during parking of the vehicle, so that an engine braking effect is obtained to prevent the vehicle from starting naturally.
