摘要: The present disclosure provides a cooling system for a vehicle including: a first cooling device including a first radiator and a first water pump connected by a first coolant line; a second cooling device including a second radiator and a second water pump connected by a second coolant line; a battery module provided in the second coolant line; a coolant connection line selectively connected to the first coolant line through a first valve; a battery module provided in the second coolant line; an autonomous driving controller provided on the coolant connection line; and at least one chiller connected to each of the first coolant line and the second coolant line. Temperatures of the battery module and the autonomous driving controller may be adjusted by the first coolant or the second coolant passing through the at least one chiller.

摘要: A system and a method of controlling a drive motor for a vehicle is disclosed. The system of controlling a drive motor for a vehicle may include: an engine and the drive motor as power sources; a data detector detecting a state data for controlling the drive motor; and a vehicle controller setting a motor demand power and a gear stage based on the state data. In particular, the vehicle controller generates a motor demand torque based on the motor demand power and the gear stage, checks a motor temperature after driving the drive motor based on the motor demand torque, and changes the gear stage based on the motor temperature.

摘要: A Wound Rotor Synchronous Motor (WRSM) includes a rotor body that is rotatably installed at a predetermined gap within a stator and a rotor coil that is wound at a plurality of rotor teeth. The WRSM includes: bobbins that are each disposed at both sides of a shaft direction of the rotor body so as to support the rotor coil and that are fixed to the rotor body by the rotor coil; a wedge member that is inserted in a shaft direction between rotor teeth of the rotor body so as to protrude to the outside of both ends of the rotor body, the wedge member supporting the rotor coil; and end coil covers that enclose a protruded portion of the wedge member at both sides of the shaft direction of the rotor body and that are each mounted at the bobbins.
