Abstract: A rolling shutter driving device includes a motor, a locking assembly and a gearbox. The motor includes a stator and a rotor. The rotor includes a rotary shaft connected to the gearbox. The rotary shaft drives through the gearbox a rolling shutter to extend or retract. The locking assembly includes a brake pad slidingly fitted on the rotary shaft and a rotary member fixedly mounted to the rotary shaft. The brake pad is circumferentially fixed relative to the stator. The brake pad is slidable relative to the rotary shaft so as to be selectively engaged with the rotary member to lock the rotary shaft and hence hold the load in position, or disengaged from the rotary member to unlock the rotary shaft.

Abstract: A single phase permanent magnet motor includes a stator and a rotor. The stator includes a stator core with windings. The stator core includes a yoke and claw-poles. Each claw-pole forms an arc pole face which is an involute curved face. All arc pole faces cooperatively define a space for receiving the rotor. A gradually changing uneven air gap is defined between the arc pole faces and the rotor. When the motor powers off and stops, the pole axis of the rotor is offset from the central axis of the claw-poles by a certain angle to avoid the rotor to stop at a dead point position, thus facilitating next startup of the motor.

Abstract: A step motor includes a stator and a rotor. The stator includes a stator core and stator windings. The stator core includes a ring shaped yoke and a plurality of teeth extending inwardly from the ring shaped yoke. The rotor is rotatably mounted with respect to the stator. The rotor includes a permanent magnet member surrounded by the plurality of teeth. The stator windings are wound around the plurality of teeth to form a plurality of stator poles. The stator core are formed from a core strip with High magnetic conductive, the core strip are bent to enable opposite ends of the core strip to be connected with each other. The step motor of the present invention has a simplified structure and enhanced efficiency.

Abstract: A single phase permanent magnet motor includes a stator. The stator includes a stator core and windings. The stator core includes a ring portion, tooth bodies extending radially from the ring portion, and a pole shoe extending from a distal end to two circumferential sides of each tooth body. Each pole shoe defines a positioning slot. A center of each positioning slot is offset from a center of symmetry of one adjacent tooth body so that a torque fluctuation of an output torque of the single phase permanent magnet motor during operation is less than 50%. As a result, the motor vibration and noise are small.

Abstract: A single phase permanent magnet motor includes a stator core, windings, and a permanent magnet rotor. The stator core includes an end portion and two spaced arm portions each including a connecting arm and a pole claw. Each pole claw has a long pole tip and a short pole tip, and forms a pole surface. The long pole tip of each pole claw corresponds to the short pole tip of the other pole claw with a slot opening formed there between. The slot opening causes the arc pole surface to be discontinued along a circumferential direction, and the arc pole surface is recessed inwardly to form a startup groove.
