摘要: A wear amount of a working tool T during the machining of a workpiece is estimated during the machining, and a positional command generated in accordance with a predetermined machining program is sequentially corrected during the machining based on the estimated wear amount of the working tool T. The workpiece W is machined in accordance with the corrected positional command. Also, the wear amount of the working tool T upon the interruption of the machining operation is calculated, and the positional command generated in accordance with the predetermined machining program is corrected based on the calculated wear amount of the working tool so that a tool edge position of the working tool T upon the interruption of the machining operation coincides with the tool edge position of the working tool T upon the restart of the machining operation when the machining operation is restarted at a position where the machining operation has been interrupted. The workpiece is machined in accordance with the corrected positional command.

摘要: An oscillation circuit has: a first MOS transistor having a gate connected to a first node and a source connected to the ground; a second MOS transistor having a gate connected to a second node and a source connected to the ground; a current supply circuit supplying a control current; a threshold correction circuit supplying a correction current; and a charge-discharge circuit which supplies a charge current which is a superposition of the control current and the correction current to the first node and the second node alternately in response to potentials of drains of the first and the second MOS transistors. The threshold correction circuit increases the correction current as threshold voltages of the first and the second MOS transistors become large.

摘要: A semiconductor device capable of effectively eliminating noise on multilayered power lines with a bypass capacitor. A first power line is connected to the bypass capacitor. A second power line is a line from which a part located above the bypass capacitor is removed. Contacts connect the first and second power lines. Therefore, noise appearing on the second power line travels to the first power line, resulting in effectively eliminating the noise with the bypass capacitor.

摘要: Efficient CDT transmission is enabled by constructing an output conversion table of cyclic data transfer (CDT) so as to allow free alteration of settings. Alarms collected from a monitored device at monitoring device 20 of slave station 2 are converted to message data at external interface 23. The converted message data are compared with CDT output conversion table 23 at table comparison section 22 to determine output word positions. The content of CDT output conversion table 24 is set by table setting section 26, whereby additions or alterations can be effected as necessary. The data of the results of comparison by table comparison section 22 are transmitted to the master station 1 from CDT transmitter 21. The CDT words transmitted from CDT transmitter 21 are determined by means of output word stipulation section 27, and output word stipulation section 27 sets transmission words by referring to CDT output conversion table 24.

摘要: A tolerable feed rate is calculated to cause mechanical shock not exceeding a tolerable level in an arcuate machining based on the radius of the path of tool movement at arcuate machining portions and the predetermined tolerable acceleration. A deceleration start timing is set by reference to the end of an arcuate machining and the predetermined deceleration so that the feed rate is lower enough to maintain the tolerable mechanical shock at the end of an arcuate machining. An optimum feed rate is set for arcuate and completely circular machining based on the classification judgment of the arc or complete circle.
