摘要: A semiconductor device includes: a semiconductor substrate; a p-channel field effect transistor formed in a first region of the semiconductor substrate; an n-channel field effect transistor formed in a second region of the semiconductor substrate; a compressive stress film with a compressive stress generated inside, the compressive stress film covering the first region; a tensile stress film with a tensile stress generated inside, the tensile stress film covering the second region; and a buffer film located between the p-channel field effect transistor and the n-channel field effect transistor on the semiconductor substrate, the magnitude of internal stress of the buffer film being smaller than the magnitude of the compressive stress of the compressive stress film and the magnitude of the tensile stress of the tensile stress film.

摘要: Machining portions such as a cutter portion, a slider inserting portion and an upper stopper attaching portion are provided around the vertical axis of a fixed table portion in order of machining. A fastener chain cut to have a predetermined length is held by the fixed table portion and a gripper of a rotator provided around the same vertical axis. The fastener chain is rotated and transferred to each of the machining portions based on the intermittent rotation and control of the rotator in the holding state in the gripper. Every time a predetermined machining is completed in each of the machining portions for the fastener chain rotated and transferred intermittently, it is possible to rotate and transfer the fastener chain simultaneously and intermittently to the next machining portion, thereby carrying out the necessary machining continuously.

摘要: An apparatus for continuously manufacturing polyurethane foam slabs in a batch, which comprises a cylindrical tank for developing polyurethane foam, having an inlet at the side wall thereof for introducing therein polyurethane feed solution; a stirring tank for forming polyurethane foam feed solution, which is mounted on a carriage movably placed in proximity to the cylindrical tank; stirring blades mounted within the stirring tank; a discharge pipe extending from a lower side of the stirring tank to discharge the feed solution through the inlet into the cylindrical tank; pipes for introducing raw materials into the stirring tank; and a pipe for introducing a washing solvent for removing the raw materials. The cylindrical tank is interchangeably connected with the stirring tank through the discharge pipe.

摘要: A continuous production process for making a slab of polyurethane foam comprises preparing a foamable polyurethane composition, continuously feeding the composition to a horizontally moving trough to form a foaming mass on the trough, continuously pressing the top surface of the foaming mass with a pressure means over a zone including a zone extending from the foaming completion point to a point just prior to the completion of curing so as to make flat the top surface of the foaming mass, and horizontally moving the pressure means in synchronism with and in the same direction as the trough. Preferably, the composition is fed to the trough at such a rate as to produce a slab about 40 mm to 250 mm thick. The process can produce at a low cost polyurethane foam slabs which have no cavities and no cracks and which therefore have a uniform density or porosity.
