    摘要: Flaws in a fluid controller caused by nonmetallic inclusions in material during machining of a contact surface of a valve seat are prevented by forming the valve seat of corrosion-resistant high-cleanliness material. The valve seat of the fluid controller is formed from corrosion-resistant alloy with 0.05% or less cleanliness and containing in weight ratio 12.90-15.00% Ni, 16.50-18.00% Cr, 2.00-3.00% Mo, 0.02% or less C, 0.30% or less Si, 0.40% or less Mn, 0.03% or less P, 0.003% or less S, 0.25% or less Cu, and 0.01% or less Al. Fluid leakage is almost completely prevented (100%) by such a valve seat.

    摘要: A tightening tool comprises a head having a socket for a nut to fit in, a head support supporting the head rotatably about the axis of the socket, and a handle integral with the head support. A magnet is attached to each of the head and the head support. The head and the head support are joined together by a force of attraction permitting these portions to rotate relative to each other upon the torque of tightening up the nut reaching a proper value. When the head support is rotated by turning the handle by hand, the head moves with the head support to tighten the nut. After the nut tightening torque has reached the proper value, the head support merely rotates idly with the head and the nut remaining unrotated even if the handle is turned.

    摘要: A C-type welding gun capable of accurately operating irrespective of the posture of the C-type welding gun without forcibly pressing electrodes to a workpiece and without considering thickness of the workpiece, wear of electrodes, etc. The C-type welding gun includes two servomotors attached to a housing, a C-shaped arm fixed to the housing and a movable arm provided in the housing. A mechanism for converting the rotation of the output shaft of one servomotor into the reciprocal motion of the movable arm is housed in the housing. A mechanism for converting the rotation of the output shaft of the other servomotor into the reciprocal motion of the C-shaped arm is provided between the wrist of the robot and the housing. Both the servomotors are simultaneously actuated while the other servomotor is stopped in response to the signal representing the contact of the electrode of the C-shaped arm to the workpiece.

The voltage instruction generation section generates voltage instructions of constant DC voltages. The voltage application section applies voltages to the rotary machine based on the voltage instructions. The inductance calculation section calculates the inductance from a voltage instruction for measurement arbitrarily selected from the voltage instructions, and the rotary machine currents detected by the current detection section before and after application of the voltage instruction for measurement.

An angle detecting apparatus computes an angle signal of a rotary machine from a sine signal and a cosine signal obtained from the angle signal. Offset correction values for the sine signal and the cosine signal are computed from the angle signal. The computed offset correction value for the sine signal is added to the sine signal to correct the sine signal, and the computed offset correction value for the cosine signal is added to the cosine signal to correct the cosine signal.

In a data transfer system including a first DMA 1142 of a channel control unit 11 and an MP 122 of a processor unit 12 that sets a transfer parameter in the first DMA 1142, while CKD format data 1400 is transferred from a cache memory 14 to a memory 113 of the channel control unit 11, the MP 122 acquires a C field 1411 from the cache memory 14 and sets a transfer parameter in the first DMA 1142 on the basis of the acquired C field 1411, the transfer parameter having attached thereto the C field 1411 and being used for transferring a K field 1412 from the cache memory 14 to the memory 113. The first DMA 1142 retrieves the C field 1411 attached to the transfer parameter, stores the C field 1411 in the memory 113, and transfers the K field from the cache memory 14 to the memory 113 according to the transfer parameter.

The alignment layer defines an alignment direction parallel to the main surface, an upstream side as one end's side of the alignment direction, and a downstream side as another end's side of the alignment direction, and tilts liquid crystal molecules toward the downstream side. Each electrode includes an upstream section that includes a first edge facing the upstream side and a downstream section that includes a second edge facing the downstream side and is provided with a recess recessed relative to the second edge. The first recess forms on the downstream section a third edge extending in the alignment direction and a fourth edge connecting the third edge to the second edge and facing the upstream side.
