摘要: A solder bonding method and a solder bonding device are provided, in which solder is melted, and heating of electrode portions is performed by irradiating laser light to an inner side of a region where electrodes portions are provided, making the temperature difference between the electrode portions and the melted solder smaller to improve the wettability of the solder and increase bonding reliability. The solder bonding method and the solder bonding device perform bonding of the electrode portions that are formed on an object to be bonded by melting the solder. After supplying the solder onto the electrode portions before melting, a laser is irradiated to the solder and to the electrode portions in the periphery of the solder. The solder melts, and the electrode portions are heated. The wettability of the solder with respect to the electrode portions thus improves, and the reliability of an electrical connection between the electrode portions can be increased.

摘要: In order to obtain a high-power laser beam with a high beam quality with use of a small-sized and low-cost apparatus, there has been disclosed a laser resonator which is constructed so as to produce a single high-order transverse mode laser beam, and a technique for converting the laser beam with a single high-order transverse mode into a laser beam with a high beam quality. The laser resonator is provided with a regulating plate of a high-order transverse mode which is constructed so as to produce a laser beam in a single high-order transverse mode. A phase adjusting plate inverts a phase for each region of the laser beam divided depending upon a lateral mode thereof to match the phase for each region of the laser beam, and subsequently, a traveling direction of the laser beam is changed for each position thereof by means of the first binary optics element, and further, the laser beam is converted into a parallel beam by means of the second binary optical element. The first binary optics element changes the traveling direction of the ray of the laser beam for each region thereof so that the laser beam has a desired intensity distribution on the second binary optics element.

摘要: A drive circuit for an image display device capable of permitting anode lead-out wires to be led out without using a three-dimensional wiring structure and an image free of color bleeding to be displayed. Two-divided first and second anode electrodes are arranged opposite to stripe-like gate electrodes and are alternately driven. During driving of the first anode electrodes, cathode electrodes are scanned and only gate electrodes opposite to the anode electrodes are fed with image data. Then, the second anode electrodes are driven and scanning is likewise carried out. Thus, an image for one frame is displayed. Electrodes arranged on both sides of each of the anode electrodes and gate electrodes in a manner to be adjacent thereto have a potential kept at a ground level.

摘要: A micro-actuator to which no head slider is adhesively bonded is mounted on a suspension. The head slider is adhesively bonded to the micro-actuator mounted on the suspension. Before the head slider adheres to the micro-actuator, an electrical connecting work of the slider is completed, and a characteristic test is carried out. If the head slider is judged as being normal as a result of the characteristic test, the head slider concerned is bonded to the micro-actuator by the adhesive.
