A hearing aid function provision method and apparatus is provides a hearing-impaired person with the audio enhanced based on the hearing-impaired information shared through Social Network Service (SNS). A user device operates in an environment-adaptive hearing-aid mode. The hearing aid function method includes receiving, at the device, audio input by a device owner; enhancing the audio based on hearing impairment information of a hearing impaired person; and outputting the enhanced audio. The audio may be enhanced a number of ways that include amplification, shifting, spreading, and division that can be based on an audiogram performed by the device or such information provided to the device.

The present inventive concept provides methods of manufacturing a semiconductor device including forming an inner mask layer on an etching target film, the inner mask layer including a polymer; forming a porous film on the etching target film, the porous film covering the inner mask layer; supplying an acid source to an outer surface area of the inner mask layer through the porous film; inducing a chemical reaction of the polymer included in the inner mask layer in the outer surface area by using the acid source; forming inner mask patterns by removing a chemically reacted portion of the inner mask layer; and etching the etching target film by using at least a portion of the porous film and the inner mask patterns as an etching mask.

A mobile device with a memo function and a method for controlling the device are provided. The mobile device and method allows a user to input a short note to a privacy memo screen, on which the short note is not displayed during the input process, or to a screen in a locked state. The method includes executing a memo application in the background, and if a user's input for creating a memo is detected through a touch screen, creating a memo in the background through the memo application on the basis of the detected user's input.

The method for writing the message in the electronic device includes collecting information with which a recent situation of a conversation partner may be recognized, writing a greeting message before writing a main message by using the collected information with which the recent situation of the conversation partner may be recognized, and transmitting the greeting message to the conversation partner.
