Abstract: A method of communication in a multi-Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) enabled User Equipment (UE) is disclosed. The method includes registering the UE with a network of a first SIM, establishing a secure communication tunnel between the UE and the network of the first SIM, and establishing a connection between the UE and a network of a second SIM through the secure communication tunnel established between the UE and the network of the first SIM. The method includes registering the UE with the network of the second SIM, upon establishment of the connection between the UE and the network of the second SIM. The method includes initiating a request to indicate a downlink service pending at the network of the second SIM.

Abstract: Embodiments herein provide a method for managing CAG information. The method includes receiving, by an Access and Mobility Management Function (AMF), a registration request message from a User Equipment (UE) through a cell for registering to a network. Further, the method includes determining, by the AMF, that the UE is one of unauthorized to the cell when the cell is a CAG cell, and authorized to access the network only through a CAG cell when the cell is a non-CAG cell. Further, the method includes sending, by the AMF, a registration reject message to the UE, where the registration reject message includes a CAG information list.

Abstract: A method for handling collision of signaling messages between a user equipment (UE) and a network entity is disclosed. Abstract: Accordingly, Example embodiments herein disclose a method for supporting a user equipment (UE) accessing one or more closed access group (CAG) cells via a radio access network. A core network apparatus may receive via the interface circuitry a request signal that includes a protected CAG identifier (ID) associated with the UE. The core network apparatus may de-conceal the protected CAG ID to determine a CAG ID. The proposed method can be used to define how the wireless communication system will perform the subscription check for the received CAG identifier. Further, the method can also be defined how to perform resume procedure on a CAG cell when the UE (100) is in a 5GMM-CONNECTED with inactive indication or 5GMM-IDLE with suspend indication.
