According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention there is provided a method for generating advertisement information to attract advertisement on an Internet, the method comprising the steps of maintaining a keyword database for recording more than one keyword, type information of the keyword, predetermined reference information that corresponds to the type information, and advertisement list information that corresponds to the keyword, in which the advertisement list information includes information for the number of advertisement files including the keyword; receiving a predetermined event from a user, recording a keyword that corresponds to the received event, for history data; searching for the type information of the keyword by referring to the keyword database; searching for the reference information that corresponds to the searched type information; judging whether the keyword is an interested field of the user on the basis of the searched reference information; generating an advertisement file including the keyword regarded as the interested field of the user, updating the information for the number of advertisement files in the advertisement list information stored in the keyword database; and generating advertisement information including the keyword and the updated advertisement list information.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a zirconium based alloy composite having an excellent creep resistance and, more particularly, to a zirconium based alloy composite finally heat-treated to have the degree of recrystallization in the range of 40˜70% in order to improve the creep resistance. The zirconium based alloy comprises 0.8˜1.8 wt. % niobium (Nb); 0.38˜0.50 wt. % tin (Sn); one or more elements selected from 0.1˜0.2 wt. % iron (Fe), 0.05˜0.15 wt. % copper (Cu), and 0.12 wt. % chromium (Cr); 0.10˜0.15 wt. % oxygen (O); 0.006˜0.010 wt. % carbon (C); 0.006˜0.010 wt. % silicon (Si); 0.0005˜0.0020 wt. % sulfur (S); and the balance zirconium (Zr). The zirconium alloy manufactured with the composition in accordance with the present invention has an excellent creep resistance compared to a conventional Zircaloy-4, and may effectively be used as a nuclear cladding tube, supporting lattice and inner structures of reactor core in the nuclear power plant utilizing light or heavy water reactor.

The filter for a plasma display panel of this invention is characterized by including an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition layer having adhesion after the lapse of a predetermined time period that is at least 1.5 times as great as initial adhesion. Since the inventive filter for a plasma display panel has low initial adhesion, when a defect occurs in a process of attaching the filter for a plasma display panel to an upper glass plate of the panel, a separation process may be easily conducted, and also adhesion increases with the lapse of time, thus exhibiting good durability and reliability without air bubbling and peeling.

In the dust compressing apparatus, a compartment plate divides an inner space of a dust collection container into an upper foreign substance separating compartment and a lower foreign substance storing compartment, and a branching unit guides airflow. The branching unit includes a motor connection passage directed to a motor generating a negative pressure, a dust collection passage directed to the foreign substance separating compartment, and a compression passage directed to the foreign substance storing compartment. A flow passage control unit controls connections between the passages of the branching unit. A compression unit compresses foreign substances stored in the foreign substance storing compartment by moving the compartment plate to the foreign substance storing compartment using the negative pressure transmitted through the compression passage.

    摘要: Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a flash memory device using a STI process. Isolation films of a projection structure becomes isolation films of a nipple structure by means of a slant ion implant process and a wet etching process. A polysilicon layer is removed until the tops of the isolation films through two step processes of a CMP process and an etch-back process, thus forming floating gates and gates of high voltage and low voltage transistors of a cell. As such, as the isolation films of the nipple structure and the floating gates are formed at the same time, it is possible secure the overlay margin between an active region and the floating gates regardless of the shrinkage of the flash memory device. Also, moats can be prevented from being generated at the boundary between the active regions when the isolation films of the nipple structure are formed. Further, when the floating gates and the gates of the high voltage and low voltage transistors are formed, a dishing phenomenon and an erosion phenomenon can be prevented.
