摘要: A sintered sputtering target having a structure where the average crystallize size is 1 nm to 50 nm and preferably comprises an alloy having a three-component system or greater containing, as its primary component, at least one element selected from among Zr, Pd, Cu, Co, Fe, Ti, Mg, Sr, Y, Nb, Mo, Tc, Ru, Rh, Ag, Cd, In, Sn, Sb, Te and a rare earth metal. This target is manufactured by sintering atomized powder. Thereby provided is a high density target having an extremely fine and uniform structure manufactured with the sintering method, in place of a conventional bulk metal glass produced by the quenching of a molten metal, which has a coarse crystal structure and requires a high cost for its production.

摘要: A motor damping structure for an actuator device includes a motor housing and a casing. The motor housing includes a drive motor therein. The casing includes an upper actuator case and a lower actuator case to accommodate the motor housing therebetween, the casing including a motor support section formed integrally in at least one of the upper actuator case and the lower actuator case to support the drive motor by contacting an outside surface of the motor housing. The motor support section has an elastic contacting member protruding from the at least one of the upper actuator case and the lower actuator case to contact one of an upper slanted surface and a lower slanted surface of the motor housing.

摘要: Provided is a target of sintered compact essentially consisting of an element of (A), an element of (B) and an element of (C) below, wherein the thermal conductivity is 2.5 W/mK or more and the oxygen concentration is 5000 ppm or more: (A) one or more chalcogenide elements selected from S, Se, and Te; (B) one or more Vb-group elements selected from Bi, Sb, As, P, and N; and (C) one or more IVb-group elements or IIIb-group elements selected from Ge, Si, C, Ga, and In. Also provided is a technology enabling stable DC sputtering, and stable and high-speed sputtering by applying high electric power, by improving heat accumulation and diffusion of volatile components due to the sputtering target having high thermal conductivity and low electric resistivity.

The screen shield is slidably supported by a vehicle body configuring portion, for example, a guide portion provided on an expandable side panel and extending in a front and rear direction, so as to be movable in a front and rear direction between an expanded position and a non-expanded position.
