摘要: An image-retransfer sheet for processing dry transferring material produced by the heat-sensitive method includes a substrate, a layer of surface treating agent coated on the substrate and a layer of extended thermoplastic synthetic resin film formed on the layer of surface treating agent. An image is transferred to the image-retransfer sheet by making holes through the layer of extended thermoplastic synthetic resin film in the heat-sensitive method. In retransferring the image from the image-retransfer sheet to an image-receiving material, only the surface treating agent overlapped with the image on the image-retransfer sheet is retransferred to the image-receiving material together with the image. Therefore, undesired surface treating agent around the image is not retransferred to the image-receiving material.

摘要: A method and device for the examination of a joint between a hollow steel shaft and a piece joined to the steel hollow shaft of a composite camshaft using ultrasonic examination. In the ultrasonic examination, the composite camshaft is put into a liquid and a probe of an ultrasonic search unit is inserted inside of the hollow steel shaft. The ultraonic examination of the joint is performed from inside of the hollow steel shaft. According to the ultrasonic examination, any kind of joint of the composite camshaft is possible, because a distance from an inside surface of the hollow steel shaft to the joint is constant. In addition, since the probe does not contact the inside surface of the hollow steel shaft, the probe is not consumed due to abrasion.

摘要: Provided is a patterning method that can greatly reduce process costs and environmental load. The patterning method includes: a film forming step of forming a functional film (2) on a substrate (1) ; and an etching step of irradiating the substrate with vacuum ultraviolet light (12) from above a mask (4) that is placed on the functional film (2) and has an arbitrarily-defined opening (4A) so as to dry etch the functional film (2) positioned below the opening (4A). The dry etching step can be carried out in an atmosphere containing oxygen. For example, dry air can be used as process gas. In addition, N2 may be supplied as an inert gas to the substrate (1) placed in the atmosphere.

摘要: Provided are a method for controlling a heliostat used for collecting of sunlight and a device of the method that achieve: a high sunlight collecting efficiency with a high light collecting rate by allowing no deviation of a light collecting point (a focal point) of sunlight; and a high area arrangement efficiency by having such a configuration in which no rotation by means of a rotation mechanism is carried out. The method is a method for controlling a heliostat being used for collecting of sunlight and having multiple reflecting mirrors in a way that the heliostat tracks the sun in motion, reflects sunlight, and collects the sunlight at a predetermined focal point. The method includes: a step of adjusting the multiple reflecting mirrors so that the multiple reflecting mirrors have a focal point at a predetermined distance; and a step of controlling the multiple reflecting mirrors to track the sun while light beams reflected from the reflecting mirrors have a focal point at an arbitrary point, the multiple reflecting mirrors being configured to tilt in conjunction with each other. In the method, while maintaining a state where the coordinates of predetermined points of the respective reflecting mirrors are fixed, the reflecting mirrors are operated in conjunction with each other.

摘要: An operating knob to be attached to a supporting member includes an operating part and a connector. The connector is attached to the operating part and includes a fitting cylindrical portion, a stopper disposed at an inner circumferential side of the fitting cylindrical portion to protrude on a radial inside, and housing portion. When the operating part is applied with a load greater than or equal to a predetermined value from an exterior in a direction toward the supporting member in a state where a fitting portion of the supporting member is fitted into the fitting cylindrical portion, the stopper is bent from the radial inside to a direction approximately parallel to the rotation axis so as to be housed in the housing portion and the fitting cylindrical portion moves toward the supporting member along an outer circumference of the fitting portion.

摘要: The direction of a solar light tracking sensor is set easily with high accuracy. A solar light tracking guide (35) is installed on the optical axis (11) of the reflected light collected by a heliostat (2). An optical telescope (47) is so attached to the rear end part of the guide (35) as to be aligned with the guide axis (C) of the guide (35). The posture of the solar light tracking guide (35) is so adjusted that a cross provided in the field of view of the telescope (47) agrees with the center (10a) of the light collection target position and fixed to the base (38). Then, a solar light tracking sensor (12) is fastened to the rear end part of the guide (35) in place of the optical telescope (47).
