    摘要: A double gate MOS transistor includes a substrate active region defined in a semiconductor substrate and a transistor active region located over the substrate active region and overlapped with the substrate active region. At least one semiconductor pillar penetrates the transistor active region and is in contact with the substrate active region. The semiconductor pillar supports the transistor active region so that the transistor active region is spaced apart from the substrate active region. At least one bottom gate electrode fills a space between the transistor active region and the substrate active region. The bottom gate electrode is insulated from the substrate active region, the transistor active region and the semiconductor pillar. At least one top gate electrode crosses over the transistor active region and has at least one end that is in contact with a sidewall of the bottom gate electrode. The top gate electrode overlaps with the bottom gate electrode and is insulated from the transistor active region. Methods of fabricating such transistors are also provided.

    摘要: A semiconductor device having a field effect transistor and a method of fabricating the same. In-situ doped epitaxial patterns are respectively formed at both sidewalls of a protruded channel pattern from a substrate by performing an in-situ doped epitaxial growth process. The in-situ doped epitaxial pattern has a conformal impurity concentration throughout. Accordingly, source/drain regions with a conformal impurity concentration are connected throughout a channel width of a channel region including both sidewalls of a protruded channel pattern. As a result, it is possible to maximize a driving current of the filed effect transistor, and an on-off characteristic can be highly stabilized.

    摘要: A stent system includes a stent and a drawstring for removal of the stent.The drawstring includes an end string, a longitudinal string and a circumferential string. The end string is formed in an end of the stent body in an annular shape in such a way that the end string passes, in a zigzag manner, through mesh arranged in a circumferential direction of the stent body. A hook loop is formed by tying opposite ends of the end string to each other. The longitudinal string extends at a first end thereof from the end string in the longitudinal direction of the stent body. The circumferential string extends from a second end of the longitudinal string and is formed in an annular shape in such a way that the circumferential string passes, in a zigzag manner, through mesh arranged in the circumferential direction of the stent body.
