摘要: Adaptive profiling for performance analysis of a computer system controls one or more agents to monitor a plurality of events occurring in a target computer system based on an adaptive logic. Collected data may be filtered and analyzed to determine one or more contributor events that attribute to performance of the target computer system. One or more patterns are observed or detected in said collected data, behavior of said one or more agents are adjusted based on said detected one or more patterns. The adaptive logic may be further reconfigured based on said detected one or more patterns.

摘要: A method and navigation helper for generating constraint language codes for navigation in a constraint language editor. The constraint language editor generates model/instance-related constraint expressions according to the loaded model/instance and related constraints. The navigation is a path implementing the constraints. The method includes parsing the loaded model/instance; calculating a possible association related to the element through the type of the navigation-related element in the model/instance; and calculating a possible navigation path according to the association. A method for generating constraint language codes in a constraint language editor and the constraint language editor includes loading the model/instance; loading constraint patterns for storing parameters and a constraint code template; invoking corresponding helpers, according to the types of parameters stored in the constraint patterns; and generating constraint codes according to the generated parameters and the constraint code template.

摘要: A method embodiment deposits a dielectric layer over a transistor and then implants a gettering agent into the dielectric layer. The insulating layer into which the gettering agent is implanted comprises a single continuous insulating layer and is the insulating layer that borders the next layer of metallization. After this dielectric layer is formed, standard contacts (tungsten) are formed through the insulating layer to the source, drain, gate, etc. of the transistor. Additionally, reactive ion etching of the contacts is performed. The reactive ion etching process can create mobile ions; however, the gettering agent traps the mobile ions and prevents the mobile ions from contaminating the transistor.

摘要: A system and method for producing an oligonucleotide having a high affinity for extracellular or cell surface markers on a target cell. The resultant oligonucleotide probe can be used to detect a target biomolecule, in particular a cancer cell or infectious agent such as a bacterium, virus, or fungus, comprising an aptamer having a high affinity for the biomolecule, wherein at least one labeled dye is attached to the aptamer. The labeled dye causes the aptamer to emit a baseline, non-visible emission. When the aptamer (also referred to herein as a probe) of the invention interacts with a target biomolecule, the fluorescence emission changes from the baseline emission to an emission that is visually detectable.

摘要: The present invention relates to the use of axonal transport to deliver a baculovirus vector to a target neuronal cell by administering the vector to a site that is remote from the target cell. Such delivery allows for tracing of neuronal pathways and further a baculovirus vector may be used to deliver therapeutic gene to a target neuronal which may otherwise be not readily accessible, for the treatment of a neuronal disorder in a subject.

摘要: A system and method for location-specific searching. The invention correctly identifies explicit and implicit locations in a search query, and provides an appropriate dominant location. Top search results are obtained and analyzed to determine which terms in the query often appear in combination, and the query is tokenized based on the analysis. An explicit location indicating a location intent is most likely treated as an individual token, and the explicit location is treated as the dominant location of the query. In the case of a false positive, wherein the explicit location in a query is not the location intent, the explicit location is likely to be present with other terms that provide context. A token will likely include these terms together. The explicit location will therefore not be used to generate location-specific results in the case of a false positive.
