    摘要: A blood sensor to be used in a blood test apparatus, more specifically speaking, a blood sensor which can be easily attached to a blood test apparatus and detached therefrom. Namely, a blood sensor to be detachably attached to a blood test apparatus having a plural number of connectors, which comprises: a supply channel to which blood is supplied; a detection section provided in the supply channel; an electrode system formed in an area including the detection section; a plural number of connection terminals electrically connected to each electrode of the electrode system respectively; and a standard electrode serving as a standard for differentiating these connection terminals. The connectors are connected respectively to the connection terminals and the standard electrode of the blood sensor having been attached to a definite position of the blood test apparatus.

    摘要: A biosensor is disclosed comprising a support; a conductive layer composed of an electrical conductive material such as a noble metal, for example gold or palladium, and carbon; slits parallel to and perpendicular to the side of the support; working, counter, and detecting electrodes; a spacer which covers the working, counter, and detecting electrodes on the support; a rectangular cutout in the spacer forming a specimen supply path; an inlet to the specimen supply path; a reagent layer formed by applying a reagent containing an enzyme to the working, counter, and detecting electrodes, which are exposed through the cutout in the spacer; and a cover over the spacer. The biosensor can be formed by a simple method, and provides a uniform reagent layer on the electrodes regardless of the reagent composition.

    摘要: Voltage is applied across a counter electrode and a working electrode, with which a blood sample is in contact, in such a state that an oxidant in a redox substance is not substantially in contact with a working electrode but is in contact with a counter electrode and a reductant is not substantially in contact with the counter electrode but is in contact with the working electrode, whereby the reductant and the oxidant are respectively oxidized and reduced to measure current produced upon the oxidation and reduction. According to the above constitution, while lowering the voltage applied across the working electrode and the counter electrode, the Hct value of the blood sample can be measured stably with a satisfactory detection sensitivity. This measurement can be carried out with a sensor chip comprising a working electrode (11), a counter electrode (12), and a blood sample holding part (14) having branch parts (18a, 18b). A first reagent (13) consisting essentially of an oxidant in a redox substance is disposed in contact with the surface of a counter electrode which faces the branch part (18b), and a second reagent (19) consisting essentially of a reductant is disposed in contact with the surface of a working electrode that faces the branch part (18a).

More specifically speaking, a blood test apparatus wherein a holder, a lancet, a blood collection needle and a blood sensor are united together as a blood sampling cartridge that is detachably mounted to the apparatus body. When this blood sampling cartridge is attached, a plunger involved in the apparatus body holds the lancet and connectors involved in the apparatus body come into contact with the blood sensor. It is preferable that the contact points with the blood sensor of the individual connectors are located at intervals at the same angle centering on a definite point.

    摘要: A silicon film forming apparatus includes a deposition chamber (10), a silicon sputter target (2) arranged in the chamber, a hydrogen gas supply circuit (102 or 102′) supplying a hydrogen gas into the chamber, and a high-frequency power applying device (antenna 1, 1′, power source PW and others) generating inductively coupled plasma by applying high-frequency power to the gas supplied into the deposition chamber (10). Chemical sputtering is effected on the target (2) by the plasma to form a silicon film on a substrate S. A silane gas may be used. A silane gas supply circuit (101) may be provided with a gas reservoir unit (GR). The silicon film can be formed inexpensively and fast at a relatively low temperature.
