摘要: When receiving a write message, an input/output controller issues a write request message to a home processor node that holds the corresponding data in a memory. A memory controller of the processor node having received the write request message performs a consistency processing based on the status of the corresponding data stored in a directory and controls a write permission message to reach the input/output controller having issued the write request message. The input/output controller of the input/output node having received the write permission message issues, as the write message, an update message to the home processor node. The memory controller of the processor node having received the update message updates the data in a main storage part. In the processing described above, when receiving a plurality of write messages from input/output devices, the input/output controller issues a write request message regardless of the progress of the preceding write message, and issues a write message after an issuance of the write message of the preceding write.

摘要: In a power-saving control method of an image forming device, the image forming device is set in a power saving state when an input operation is not performed by a user over a predetermined time. The image forming device in the power saving state is shifted to a minimum power state. Prior to shifting of the image forming device to the minimum power state, a filtering unit is activated to detect communication between an external device and the image forming device in the minimum power state. When a detected communication signal indicates an image formation request from the external device, the image forming device is caused to return from the minimum power state through the power saving state to a standby state so that the image forming device is ready for performing image formation.

摘要: The present invention is directed to serve ligand screening apparatuses, ligand screening methods, programs and recording medium for studying the binding analysis between a receptor including an induced-fit type receptor and a ligand. First, analysis and calculation of normal mode are conducted, and then fluctuation of dihedral angle of main chain in a steady state is calculated. Then by carrying out molecular dynamic calculation while imposing constraint on each atom based on the fluctuation, dynamic structure of the receptor is predicted more accurately. By using the dynamic structure obtained in the molecular dynamic calculation and an interaction function, receptor/ligand binding which is also applicable to an induced-fit type receptor is predicted with high accuracy.

摘要: A user of a mobile phone photographs himself/herself, and sends a password to an authentication server. After the authentication server authenticates the user, the mobile phone stores the photographed image of the user in a memory accessible only by authentication software. When the authentication software detects a billing apparatus at the time the user makes a purchase, the image is read from the memory and displayed while an indicator is on. A store clerk can confirm whether the person carrying the mobile phone is the legitimate user by judging whether the face image matches the person and whether the indicator is on at the same time.

摘要: An image forming apparatus includes a space portion for stacking sheets thereon, and is constituted of an image forming portion and an image reading portion including first and second scanning optical systems therein. In the image forming apparatus, the image reading portion is loaded on three points that correspond to both corners on the scanning start position side and one corner on the apparatus rear side. This configuration allows the first and second scanning optical systems to compensate for each other's misalignment, thereby obtaining stable output images.
