    摘要: A galvanic isolator having a transmitter die, a receiver die, and a lead frame is disclosed. The transmitter die includes an LED having first and second contacts for powering the LED, and the receiver die includes a photodetector. The lead frame includes first and second transmitter leads, and first and second receiver leads. The transmitter die is bonded to the first lead, the first contact being connected electrically to the first transmitter lead and the second contact being connected to the second transmitter lead. The receiver die is connected to the first and second receiver leads. The LED and the photodetector are positioned such that light generated by the LED is received by the photodetector. The first and second transmitter leads are capacitively coupled to the first receiver lead. The capacitive couplings are characterized by first and second capacitance values that are substantially the same.

    摘要: An apparatus for clock calibration on a remote device includes a first oscillator, a second oscillator, and a clock calibration module. The first oscillator generates a first clock signal during an active communication mode to facilitate communications between the remote and host devices. The first oscillator is inactive during a sniff mode. The second oscillator generates a second clock signal during both the active communication and sniff modes. The clock calibration module generates an estimated count for the first clock signal approximately at a transition from the sniff mode to the active communication mode. The estimated count is based on a clock ratio of a baseline count of the first clock signal relative to a baseline count of the second clock signal. The clock calibration module also calculates a difference between the estimated count and an actual count from the host device to determine whether to update the clock ratio.

    摘要: A system and method for canceling dark photocurrent in a color sensor circuit is disclosed. A color sensor is described including a color sensor circuit, a dark color sensor circuit, and a differential amplifier circuit. The color sensor circuit receives photocurrent from a color component of a light input. The color sensor circuit outputs a first voltage indicating intensity of the color component. The dark color sensor circuit receives dark photocurrent and outputs a second voltage indicating an offset voltage. The differential amplifier circuit is coupled to the color sensor circuit and to the dark color sensor circuit. The differential amplifier circuit receives the first and second voltages and outputs a final output that cancels contributions of the offset voltage in the first voltage due to the dark photocurrent.

    摘要: A charge pump with low charge injection and low clock feed-through for a phase locked loop (PLL). A first source-switched current mirror has a source transistor and an output transistor. The source transistor has a drain connected to a first current source. The output transistor has a drain connected to an output of the charge pump. The gates of the source and output transistors are coupled together by a first conductive link. A switch is coupled between a supply voltage source and a source of the output transistor of the current mirror. A tuner is coupled between the switch and the output transistor of the current mirror. A source of the tuner is coupled to a drain of the switch and to the source of the output transistor. A drain of the tuner is coupled to the first conductive link between the source and output transistors of the current mirror.
