    摘要: A crusher may include a crushing member that is driven in an operatively connected manner by way of an eccentric element such that material to be crushed can be comminuted by way of a crushing movement generated at least in part by the eccentric element. At least one eccentric bushing may be connected by way of an active surface to the eccentric element by way of frictional engagement. The eccentric bushing may have a pressure medium chamber that uses pressure to vary the frictional engagement between the eccentric element and the eccentric bushing. In some examples, the crusher may be of a jaw type or a cone type.

The exhaust gases occurring in the kiln are delivered to the preheater, bypassing the calciner, and the exhaust gases of the calciner are delivered to a CO2 preparation device.

    摘要: An example gyratory crusher for comminuting quarry material may comprise a crushing housing having a top and a bottom and a crushing cone having a top and a bottom. The crushing housing may be positioned around the crushing cone such that the crushing housing and the crushing cone form a circumferential crushing space having a crushing throat towards the top and a crushing gap towards the bottom. The crushing throat may be configured to receive quarry material, which, once comminuted, may exit the circumferential crushing space through the crushing gap. The circumferential crushing space may be tapered towards the crushing gap to facilitate this process. The crushing housing may include a crushing wall surface with an undulated surface disposed at least near the crushing throat. Waves of the undulated surface may include wave troughs and wave peaks and extend in a circumferential direction.

    摘要: Disclosed is a method and system for reducing the nitrogen oxide off-gas concentration in a nitric acid plant operated under pressure and equipped with a residual gas purification first reactor configured to remove nitrogen oxides from the off-gas during steady-state operation of the plant, and a second reactor configured to remove nitrogen oxides from the off-gas during a start-up and/or shut down of the plant. The method includes, during start-up and/or shut-down of the nitric acid plant, passing pressurized nitrogen-oxide-containing off-gas from the nitric acid plant and a gaseous reducing agent for the nitrogen oxides into the second reactor charged with a catalyst, to reduce the NOx content in the off-gas by at least catalytic reduction. Using the process and system, a colorless start-up and shut-down of nitric acid plants is possible and the nitrogen oxide content in the off-gas during start-up and/or shutdown can be substantially lowered.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is a device and method for lowering the content of NOX and N2O in gases. The device comprises a container having therein two reaction steps connected in series. The first step removes NOX (DeNOX stage) by reducing NOX with a nitrogen-containing reducing agent. Downstream thereof, the second step removes N2O by catalytic decomposition of N2O to N2 and O2 (DeN2O stage). Each step comprises one or more catalyst beds through which flows gas to be purified. The catalyst bed of the DeNOX stage containing zeolites doped with transition metals, including lanthanides. The at least one catalyst bed of the DeN2O-stage contains one or more catalytically active compounds of elements selected from groups 5 to 11 of the Periodic Table, but not iron-doped zeolites. A device for introducing a nitrogen-containing reducing agent into the stream of the NOX and N2O-containing gas is further disposed upstream of the DeNOX stage.
