摘要: Since a surface of an iron powder is covered with an oxide film composed of a Si-based oxide in which the ratio of Si to Fe satisfies Si/Fe≧0.8 on an atomic number basis, an iron powder for dust cores is provided which can be formed into a dust core having a high resistivity and hence having a low iron loss without degrading the mechanical strength.

摘要: An ultrasonic welding tool fabricated of powder metal material includes a body and a welding tip extending axially from the body to a working end. The powder metal material can be ferrous-based and admixed with additives, such as alumina, carbide, ferro-molybdenum, ferro-nickel, chrome or tribaloy. An exposed surface of the welding tip can comprise Fe3O4 oxides. The tool is compacted to the desired shape and sintered. The body can include a different second material compacted separately from the welding tip and then joined to the tip and sintered.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a copper nanoparticle paste suitable for high-precision direct-writing 3D printing, and preparation and application thereof. A triaryl phosphine compound or trialkyl phosphine compound is adopted as a copper powder protective agent, and copper nanoparticles are prepared into oil-soluble paste containing epoxy resin; and thus, the problem that the copper nanoparticle paste is prone to be oxidized in preparation and storage processes is solved, and the electrical conductivity of the copper nanoparticle paste is improved, to ensure that the copper nanoparticle paste is suitable for the high-precision direct-writing 3D printing.

摘要: A plasmonic hierarchical structure according to an embodiment includes a nanogap formed between metal nanoparticles. The nanogap has a width of 1 nm to 100 nm. The metal nanoparticles comprise at least one selected from the group consisting of gold (Au), silver (Ag), copper (Cu), platinum (Pt), and palladium (Pd). The plasmonic hierarchical structure further includes silica (SiO2) nanoparticles or CdSe quantum dots. A method for producing a plasmonic hierarchical structure according to an embodiment includes: injecting a metal nanoparticle solution into a micropipette; releasing the metal nanoparticle solution by bringing the micropipette into contact with a substrate; and forming a meniscus of the released metal nanoparticle solution, thereby producing a plasmonic hierarchical structure.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to an iron-based mixed powder having excellent uniformity, fluidity and moldability by applying polyamide as a binder, and a method for manufacturing the same. The iron-based mixed powder according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is composed of a mixture of a raw material of mixed powder in which iron-based powder and additive powder are mixed, and polyamide as a binder, wherein 0.03 to 1.50 parts by weight of the binder is mixed based on 100 parts by weight of the raw material of the mixed powder.

Provided is a method for producing a layered product, the layered product comprising a substrate having a three-dimensional surface; and a metal-based particle assembly layer arranged on the three-dimensional surface and comprising a plurality of metal-based particles arranged apart from each other, the method comprising the step of forming the metal-based particle assembly layer on the three-dimensional surface by immersing the substrate in a plating solution containing a cation of a metal constituting the metal-based particles to reduce the cation, wherein a VS/VL ratio of volume VS [cm3] of the substrate to volume VL [cm3] of the plating solution is 0.03 or less.

A method for producing flaky alumina particles including forming a mixture by mixing together an aluminum compound that contains elemental aluminum, a molybdenum compound that contains elemental molybdenum, and silicon or a silicon compound that contains elemental silicon, the aluminum compound being in an amount greater than or equal to 50 mass %, calculated as Al2O3, the molybdenum compound being in an amount less than or equal to 40 mass %, calculated as MoO3, the silicon or the silicon compound being in an amount of 0.5 mass % or greater and less than 10 mass %, calculated as SiO2, relative to a total mass of the flaky alumina particles taken as 100 mass %; and firing the mixture.

摘要: A magnetic material includes a soft magnetic metal grain containing Fe, and a multilayer oxide film covering the surfaces of the soft magnetic metal grain. The multilayer oxide film has a first oxide layer of crystalline nature containing Fe, and a second oxide layer of amorphous nature containing Si. In an embodiment, the silicon oxide film of amorphous nature is formed by dripping, divided into multiple sessions, a treatment solution containing TEOS (tetraethoxy silane), ethanol, and water into a mixed solution containing the soft magnetic metal grain, ethanol, and ammonia water, to mix the solutions.

摘要: The present application provides an iron-based amorphous alloy powder, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The iron-based amorphous alloy powder comprises a Cu element, and the particle shape of the iron-based amorphous alloy powder is spherical. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) smelting a master alloy to obtain iron-based amorphous alloy molten iron, the master alloy comprising a Cu element; and (2) treating the iron-based amorphous alloy molten iron obtained in step (1) by means of water-gas combined atomization to obtain the iron-based amorphous alloy powder.
