摘要: Embodiments of the invention are directed to pelletized synthetic gypsum and methods and systems for producing pelletized synthetic gypsum. Synthetic gypsum is combined with a binder composition and pelletized to a desired size. The binder composition may include lignosulfonate. Additives may be included in the pellets such as various plant nutrients and micro-nutrients. An additive may include elemental sulfur. The resulting pellets may have a mean pellet size guide number (SGN) from approximately 150 to approximately 300 and a crush strength from approximately 2 lbf to approximately 12 lbf

摘要: An equalizing mechanism of a welding apparatus connects an apparatus body and a fixed bracket, and includes a fixed member on the fixed bracket, and a pressure shaft on an apparatus body close to a bottom face of the fixed member. A cutout is at a position facing the fixed member A movable member on the apparatus body accommodates the fixed member. A restrictive member located by side faces of the fixed member and the movable member restricts relative movement thereof to a direction parallel to the pressure shaft. A driven lever is supported by a front portion of the fixed member to abut on an inner front face of the movable member at one end and abut on the pressure shaft at an other end. A spring between a back portion of the fixed member and an inner back face of the movable member presses the two members to move away from each other.

摘要: A linear compressor has a hollow piston with crown and sidewall. The piston reciprocates in a cylinder. A piston rod connects the piston to a spring. A connection between the piston rod and the piston transmits axial forces directly to the piston crown. The connection transmits lateral forces to the piston at an axial location away from the piston crown. The connection allows rotational flexibility between the piston and the piston rod transverse to and uniformly around the piston reciprocation axis.Other improvements in or relating to linear compressors are disclosed and claimed.

摘要: A vacuum drying apparatus of a circulative preheating type comprises a working area, containing a material-filling-preheating sub-area, a heating sub-area, a drying sub-area, and a material-discharging sub-area; a rotatable frame, rotatably installed in the working area and having four accommodating spaces corresponding to the sub-areas of the working area, respectively; four cylinders, installed in the accommodating spaces of the rotatable frame and corresponding to the sub-areas of the working area; and a driving assembly, connected to and thereby driving the rotatable frame to rotate; wherein when the rotatable frame rotates, each of the cylinders is moved from a currently corresponding sub-area to an adjacent said sub-area. Thereby, since the cylinders have been preheated in the material-filling-preheating sub-area before receiving a heating procedure in the heating sub-area, a required duration of the heating procedure can be reduced.

When the rotor is engaged in a support body and the rotation body is rotated, rotation of the rotor is regulated, so that the rotation body is damped by fluid resistance of the grease and is slowly rotated. The rotation body is supported by a support shaft inserted into a shaft hole.

摘要: A flywheel energy storage system, including a plurality of pumps arranged in parallel for simultaneously drawing-off and absorbing substantially all of the gases that evolve from a flywheel assembly during high-speed operation, is disclosed. The plurality of pumps includes at least one pump for pumping mainly water vapor; and, at least one pump for pumping mainly active gases. The at least one pump for pumping mainly water vapor plurality of pumps is disposed in a gas storage chamber that is separate from the main housing of the flywheel system. The at least one pump for pumping mainly active gases is disposed in a container external to the main housing and fluidly coupled to the gas storage chamber. A drag pump assists the plurality of pumps in the gas storage chamber by pumping the evolved gases from the main housing to the gas storage chamber.

The method includes positioning the vibration confinement device at the determined position to substantially confine the vibration energy to the vibration confinement region.

摘要: A bearing assembly monitoring system provides continuous, real time monitoring of the operating condition of a powertrain support bearing assembly and real time alarm signals indicative of degradation and/or impending catastrophic failure thereof. One embodiment of the monitoring system includes a vibration sensing device, first and second primary temperature sensing devices, an ambient temperature sensing device, vibration and temperature signal processing subcircuits, and an alarm subsystem. The vibration sensing device monitors complex vibration signals emanating from the bearing assembly and provides signals corresponding thereto. The vibration signal processing circuit filters such complex vibration signals to provide a predetermined bandwidth thereof that are converted to stabilized DC voltage signals which are compared to reference voltages corresponding to higher than normal and excessive vibration levels. Exceedance of such reference voltages generates a corresponding vibration alarm signal. The temperature sensing devices monitor the operating and ambient temperatures of the bearing assembly and provide signals corresponding thereto. The temperature signal processing circuit converts such temperature signals to differential temperature signals which are compared to a reference voltage corresponding to a temperature differential indicative of impending catastrophic failure. Exceedance of the reference voltage generates a temperature alarm signal. The alarm subsystem is operative in response to the vibration and/or temperature alarm signals to provide a real time early warning of degradation and/or impending catastrophic failure of the bearing assembly.
