    摘要: A glass frit having a low melting point containing (A) Ag2O, (B) V2O5, and (C) at least one first oxide selected from the group consisting of MoO3, ZnO, CuO, TiO2, Bi2O3, MnO2, MgO, Nb2O5, BaO and P2O5. The glass frit preferably contains 40 to 70% by mass of (A), 10 to 40% by mass of (B), and 0.5 to 30% by mass of (C) with respect to the total mass in terms of oxides. Furthermore, the glass frit preferably has a mass ratio (Ag2O/V2O5) of (A) to (B) of 1.8 to 3.2.

    摘要: Various embodiments of free-space fiber waveguide connectors, feed-throughs and GRIN lens assemblies and methods of bonding GRIN lenses in, and aligning waveguide fibers to, such connectors, feed-throughs and assemblies. In one embodiment, a free-space fiber waveguide connector includes: (1) an insert having a waveguide fiber bonded in a fiber mount attached proximate one end of the insert and an angle-faced GRIN lens attached proximate an opposing end of the insert and (2) a lens collar attached to the GRIN lens, the one end defining a reference plane and a virtual axis of the GRIN lens perpendicular to the reference plane, the fiber mount adjustable to a reflection from a reflective surface bonded parallel to the reference plane.

    摘要: A conductive paste includes a conductive powder containing at least one of copper and nickel as a main component, a glass frit, and an organic vehicle, wherein the glass frit is a tellurium-based glass frit that essentially does not contain any lead component and contains tellurium as a network former in an amount of 35 to 70 mol % in terms of oxide, the tellurium-based glass frit containing silver as an essential component. The above conductive paste can provide favorable characteristics and favorably be used in the formation of light-receiving surface electrodes of a solar cell element even when the conductive paste includes one or more of copper and nickel as its conductive component.

    摘要: Provided is a bonding material which can bond base materials or substrates having different linear thermal expansion coefficients, and can have heat resistance against temperatures of 300° C. or higher, vacuum airtightness and bonding strength, further which has excellent handleability and workability. The bonding material is produced by mixing, in a content ratio of 0.01 to 60 mass % (to the whole), a metal Ga, and/or at least one metal or alloy powder selected from the group consisting of a metal powder mixture of a combination of Bi and Sn or an alloy powder thereof, and a metal powder mixture of a combination of Bi, Sn and Mg or an alloy powder thereof with a Bi2O3-based glass frit powder having an average particle diameter of 200 μm or less. The bonding material may be formed in a paste form by adding a solvent thereto. This feature makes it possible to bond together substrates having different thermal expansion coefficients without causing a crack or unsticking.
