摘要: This invention relates to a three-dimensionally constructed net A for use in various applications including a water collecting and discharging net or a protection net in the faces of slopes in created land or residential sites, a plant protection net, such as a spray sowing net and so on, a building protecting net, an agricultural light-shielding net and a medical net. The net may be conveniently formed by knitting or weaving, so that cord portions which define the meshes are made in hollow three-dimensional construction capable of ventilation and water passage. Thereby, despite the fact that the net is a thick, three-dimensional body, the possession of a void content by the cord portions improves the ventilating and water collecting and discharging effects and saves weight, facilitating the handling and installing of the net, so that the net can be easily handled and well suited for the above-mentioned applications.

摘要: Woven sleeving having integral tie cords for bundling and harnessing electrical cables and other elongated substrates is disclosed. The sleeving is woven by the method of displacing catch cords a fixed distance from the fabric selvages and raising the catch cords at predetermined intervals to effect a looping of the fill yarn at predetermined intervals. The fill yarn may extend directly from the selvage or from points spaced inwardly from the selvage so as to creat a tab area along the margin of the sleeve so that the sleeve margins overlap when the sleeve is fastened in place.

摘要: The present invention relating to prepegs has the following constitution to achieve the above object. That is, a prepreg, comprising long reinforcing fibers [A], matrix resin [B] and a knitted fabric made from thermoplastic resin fibers [C], with the component [C] distributed near either or both of the surface layers. Moreover, the present invention relating to processes for production of prepregs has either of the following constitution to achieve the above object. That is, a process for preparing a prepreg, comprising the steps of impregnating long reinforcing fibers [A] with matrix resin [B], and bonding a knitted fabric made from thermoplastic resin fibers [C] onto one side or both sides of the intermediate product, or a process for preparing a prepreg, comprising the step of bonding matrix resin [B] formed as a film, a knitted fabric made from thermoplastic resin fibers [C] and long reinforcing fibers [A]. The prepregs of the present invention, therefore, are tacky and drapable, and the composite materials obtained by heating and forming the prepregs are high in heat resistance, and very high in impact resistance and inter-layer toughness. Furthermore, the prepregs are easy to produce and high in their latitude in availability of materials, this being industrially significant.

摘要: A large-size paneling part made of thermoplastic synthetic resins for automotive vehicle interiors or equivalent uses includes a support made of polyolefin particle foam onto which is laminated a decorative layer of polymeric material having a predominantly polyolefin structure during forming of the molded part. This decorative layer includes a multilayer knit mesh or woven fabric with incorporated spacers of preferably polyolefinic polymer threads, having a decorative textile surface. This layer may be laminated on the topside with a decoratively designed film, predominantly on the basis of olefinic polymers or, respectively, be laminated additionally on the rear side with a polyolefin film.

摘要: A press fabric for use on the press section of a paper machine has a multilayer structure, and is woven according to techniques normally applied in the weaving of forming fabrics. The press fabric is woven from at least one system of warp yarns and two or more layers of weft yarns, with the yarn sizes and weave patterns chosen with a view toward providing the resulting press fabric with a fine paper-contacting surface, and ample void volume. One of the two or more layers of weft yarns includes, or is entirely composed of, multicomponent yarns having a plurality of load-bearing members. The multicomponent yarns may be multifilament or multistrand yarns composed of fine filaments, or may be polyurethane-coated monofilament yarns, and provide the press fabrics with a compressible and resilient structure. The multifilament or multistrand yarns may also be polyurethane-coated.

摘要: A cloth suitable for ink-jet textile printing is mainly composed of cellulosic fibers having an average fiber length of 25 to 60 mm, the cloth having a moisture regain of 13.5 to 108.5%. The cloth may be mainly composed of cellulosic fibers having an average thickness of 0.6 to 2.2 d and an average natural twist of 70 to 150/cm, or mainly composed of regenerated cellulosic fibers. In an ink-jet textile-printing method, a textile printing ink is imparted to the cloth, and then a dyeing process is conducted, followed by a washing process.
