    摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing polyclonal antibodies against an antigenic target protein which comprises inducing an immune response in a host by applying an immunogenic composition comprising membrane vesicles incorporating said antigenic target protein to said host and obtaining antibodies against said target protein from the host's serum. A more specific embodiment of this method comprises at least the following steps: a) synthesizing the target protein my means of an in vitro translation reaction in a reaction medium comprising a nucleic acid template coding for the target protein and a cell lysate which contains membrane vesicles; b) separating membrane vesicles comprising the synthesized target protein from the medium; c) providing the membrane vesicles comprising the synthesized target protein in a physiologically compatible medium; d) applying the membrane vesicles of step c) to a host; e) testing a serum sample of the host for a specific immune response against said target protein; and f) obtaining specific antibodies against said target protein from the serum of a host exhibiting a specific immune response against said target protein.

The invention also relates to a device for monitoring the temperature of a cryopreserved biological sample. The device (10) for monitoring the temperature of a cryopreserved biological sample comprises a sample container (1) having a receiving space (2) for receiving a biological sample (6). The device also comprises at least one chamber (11) having an interior that is not fluidically connected to the receiving space (2) and is only partially filled with an indicator substance (7) with a melting temperature in a region of −20° C. to −140° C. The chamber (11) has a barrier (13) that causes the indicator substance (7) to move into a second sub-region (12b) of the chamber (11) when the indicator substance (7) in a first sub-region (12a) of the chamber is in the fluid aggregate state.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method and a device for the optical in vitro detection of a movement in a biological sample and/or for the optical in vitro detection of a movement of a component of the biological sample. The method has the following step: (a) providing an optical wide-field illumination device for illuminating the sample, said device being designed to illuminate the entire sample, and a detector (3) for detecting radiation (9; 9a, 9b) coming from the sample. The detector (3) has a detection surface (3a) which is divided into multiple detection regions (4a). The detector is additionally designed to derive (S1) detection signals (4c) of individual detection regions (4a) with respect to time, subsequently rectify (S2) the signals, preferably by generating an absolute value or squaring, and summing or averaging (S3) the derived and rectified detection signals of all of the detection regions and then providing same as an output signal (6c). The method further has the steps of illuminating the sample using the wide-field illumination device and detecting a movement in the biological sample on the basis of the output signal (6c) of the detector (3).
