    摘要: A variable gain amplifier (VGA) having stable input impedance matching and a stable noise figure in spite of a variation of an amplification gain is provided. In an embodiment of the VGA, a first stage of a cascode amplification unit has a fixed impedance regardless of a change of an amplification gain, and a variable gain determination unit comprised of a plurality of transistors is formed at an upper stage in the cascode amplification unit. Accordingly, a change of an input impedance of the cascode amplification unit due to the change of the amplification gain is minimized. In another embodiment of the VGA, an amplification gain of an amplification unit is controlled by adjusting a voltage applied to the amplification unit by controlling a current to be output by a current supply source, and stable input impedance matching and a stable noise figure are obtained.

A wiring layer having a first and second metal layer (102, 104) is formed on a substrate (100) including a display region (D) and a pad region (P). Upon the substrate (100) and the wiring layer is formed a first passivation layer (155), and contacts with a wiring terminal (115) and the first metal layer (102). A second passivation layer (180) is formed on the substrate except the pad region (P). The pad contact hole (160) extends to a position under the second passivation layer (180). The second passivation layer (180) covers a region in the pad contact hole (160) where the step coverage of the pad electrode (170) is poor, thereby preventing a battery effect.

    摘要: A broadband low noise amplifier and amplification method is provided. The broadband low noise amplifier includes an input terminal into which a radio frequency (RF) signal received by an antenna is input, an output terminal from which an amplified RF signal is output, at least one gain control part connected in parallel with loads of the output terminal to adjust the gain of the amplified RF signal, and at least one load tuning part that resonates with loads of the output terminal to adjust the resonance frequency of the load impedance. The method includes amplifying the input RF signal and outputting the amplified RF signal to an output terminal, where a gain of the amplified RF signal is adjusted by switching operations of at least one switching device connected in parallel with a load of the output terminal.

    摘要: Disclosed is a valve plate structure comprising: a suction valve for inhaling a low pressure of coolant through a linear reciprocating movement of a piston and an opening and closing operation in response to the back-and-forth movement; a valve plate coupled with the suction valve, and including a suction port for inducing the low pressure of coolant through the piston movement, a discharging port for discharging a high pressure of coolant through piston movement and a groove section having a plurality of cavities provided to surround the outside of the suction port or the discharging port; a discharging valve coupled with the valve plate for discharging the high pressure coolant through the back-and-forth movement of the piston and the opening/shutting operation in response to the back-and-forth movement; and a head cover coupled with the discharging valve, and including a suction tube formed at a position corresponding to the suction port of the valve plate and a discharging tube formed at a position corresponding to the discharge port of the valve plate. The grooves formed of the plurality of cavities can damp vibration and noise having wide bands of frequency and amplitude generated from collision between the valve plate and the suction and discharging valves.

First, a voice command input by the user is recognized when the shutter release button is pressed to a first step according to a manipulation of the user, and automatic focusing of an input location region is performed according the recognized voice command.     摘要: A concentration cooling apparatus for a refrigerator includes a housing which is mounted in a cold air guiding path, and a nozzle which is rotatably supported in the housing, for concentratedly injecting cold air to a region where a high temperature load is generated when the high temperature load is generated in a predetermined region inside a cooling chamber. An infrared sensor is mounted at the front of the nozzle, for sensing the region where the high temperature load is generated. The sensor rotates together with the nozzle and a frost drying sensor is installed on the upper surface of the nozzle, for drying frost on the surface of the infrared sensor. Thus, the reliability of the infrared sensor can be improved by preventing the formation of frost on the surface of the lens of the infrared sensor which detects whether the high temperature load is generated.
