摘要: A system and method for storing data. In one embodiment, a file system includes a hierarchy of nodes partitioned into a plurality of containers. The file system further includes metadata associated with each node. First metadata describes each node's references to other nodes and second metadata identifies each node's parent node. The file system further includes a linkage table associated with each container. Each linkage table comprises entries describing links between a node owned by the associated container and other nodes. In response to detecting that a file system error has occurred, the file system identifies a container which corresponds to the detected error, corrects inconsistencies between the first and second metadata associated with each node owned by the container, and corrects inconsistencies between each of the entries of the linkage table associated with the identified container and the first and second metadata.

摘要: A system and method are provided for avoiding categorization of non-error events as actual error events. This is accomplished by categorizing potential error events as actual error events or non-error events based on a proximity to a physical layer signal state change. By this feature, the result of the categorization may be used to more effectively avoid categorizing non-error events and accompanying noise, etc., as actual error events. To this end, in various embodiments, more accurate error counting is afforded to preclude inadvertent disabling, etc. of a mass storage device or associated link that would otherwise result from a flawed error count.

摘要: Methods and apparatuses for transformer signal coupling for flip-chip circuit assemblies are presented. A device for coupling dies in flip-chip circuit assembly may include a first die associated with a first fabrication process and a first inductor physically coupled to the first die, where the first inductor receives an RF input signal. The device may further include a second die associated with a second fabrication process, and a second inductor physically coupled to the second die, where the second inductor is positioned so the first inductor can inductively couple the RF signal in the second inductor. A method for providing an inductive coupling between dies may include fabricating a first inductor on a first die using a passive process, fabricating a second inductor on a second die using a semiconductor process, and assembling each die so the first and second inductor are configured as a transformer.

摘要: A memory power management system and method supporting multiple power modes for powering memory channels. The power management system can include a memory controller that controls the memory channel; a throughput detector that detects a requested throughput of the memory channel; a power control logic that determines a desired power mode corresponding to the requested throughput; and a power control device that supplies a desired voltage of the desired power mode to the memory channel. The power management system can include multiple memory controllers for controlling a multi-channel memory independently. The method includes detecting a requested throughput for the memory channel; determining a desired voltage related to the requested throughput; requesting the desired voltage from a voltage device; and applying the desired voltage to the memory channel. In some embodiments, the method only applies the desired voltage if it does not change for a threshold time duration.

摘要: A medium resource reservation method, a service package information obtaining method, and a service package information obtaining apparatus are provided, which are capable of decreasing resource waste of medium resource reservation. The resource reservation method includes the following steps. A service message carrying Session Description Protocol (SDP) information is received, and the SDP information contains service package information. The service package information is parsed from the SDP information. The service package information is employed for resource reservation. The method can identify the service package, so that the service package processing efficiency is improved, and the resource waste of medium resource reservation is effectively decreased.

摘要: Methods of lining and/or filling gaps on a substrate by creating flowable silicon oxide-containing films are provided. The methods involve introducing vapor-phase silicon-containing precursor and oxidant reactants into a reaction chamber containing the substrate under conditions such that a condensed flowable film is formed on the substrate. The flowable film at least partially fills gaps on the substrates and is then converted into a silicon oxide film. In certain embodiments, the methods involve using a catalyst, e.g., a nucleophile or onium catalyst, in the formation of the film. The catalyst may be incorporated into one of the reactants and/or introduced as a separate reactant. Also provided are methods of converting the flowable film to a solid dielectric film. The methods of this invention may be used to line or fill high aspect ratio gaps, including gaps having aspect ratios ranging from 3:1 to 10:1.
