摘要: A liquid coating composition for forming a silica-based coating film on the surface of a substrate such as a semiconductor silicon wafer. A partial hydrolysis product of an alkoxy silane and an alkoxy or phenoxy compound of pentavalent antimony are dissolved in an organic solvent. As compared with a trivalent antimony compound used in the prior art, the pentavalent antimony compound as an additive is very effective in respect of the improvements in the uniformity and increased thickness of the silica-based coating film prepared from the coating composition as well as storage stability of the coating composition over time.

摘要: The invention provides a novel means for providing a highly heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant coating film on the surface of a substrate such as a semiconductor silicon wafer or glass plate by coating the surface with a liquid coating composition which is a solution of an oligomeric organopolysiloxane as a partial dehydration-condensation product of a monohydrocarbylsilane triol RSi(OH).sub.3, optionally, with admixture of a dihydrocarbylsilane diol R.sub.2 Si(OH).sub.2, R being a monovalent hydrocarbon group, e.g. methyl or phenyl, in an organic solvent followed by baking of the coated substrate to convert the coating layer into a cured resin film.

摘要: Waste oils of synthetic lubricants containing fluorine atom are admixed with a solvent containing fluorine atom compatible with the waste oils thereby causing contaminants contained in the waste oils to float up into the upper region on the mixed solution. The solvent containing fluorine atom is removed from the solution of the lower layer by way of evaporation, distillation or the like. The regenerated oils of the synthetic lubricants containing fluorine atom thus obtained are completely colorless and transparent in appearance, and they have properties and performances quite similar to those of the fresh oils.

摘要: A camera diaphragm device in which two diaphragm blades, that is, first and second diaphragm blades having respective first and second diaphragm aperture portions whose diameters differ from each other is provided. The diaphragm blades are mounted to blade mounting shafts provided close to each other and in a standing manner, and are separately reciprocatingly rotated by driving pins of respective rotors. When the diaphragm device is set in a minimum diaphragm aperture control state, not only is the first diaphragm blade having the first aperture portion for restricting the minimum diaphragm aperture moved to an aperture portion, but also the second diaphragm blade having the second aperture portion for restricting an intermediate diaphragm aperture is moved to the aperture portion from the same direction. An area of the aperture portion that cannot be covered by only the first diaphragm blade is covered by the second diaphragm blade.

摘要: Disclosed is a liner film for bulk container, which comprises a polyethylene (A) prepared by the use of a single site olefin polymerization catalyst such as a metallocene catalyst, said polyethylene (A) having a density of 0.920 to 0.940 g/cm3, MFR of 0.1 to 3.0 g/10 min and a melting point of 115 to 135° C. When the film is heat-sealed, its sealed portion preferably has a tensile strength at break (Ts) of 2.0 to 4.0 kg/15 mm and a tensile elongation at break (EL) of 150 to 600%. The liner film for bulk container has the advantages: the film can be made lightweight by decreasing the film thickness; the film shows such a high heat-sealing strength that the heat-sealed portion is not broken even if no adhesive tape is attached thereto; and a bulk container liner formed from the film can be filled with a content of a higher temperature than the conventional temperature. Also disclosed is a bulk container liner shaping the above film into a bag.

摘要: A video presentation system is provided which permits a process in which, when an object in motion video image is handled, an action relating to the object is executed, without increasing load on a central processing unit or a memory. Subject-of-operation information, which defines objects to be handled by a user in relation to each of frames of video data at a transitional phase of time-varying motion of each object, is stored in video operation information retaining means, and when a user operation takes place, the frame position of a currently reproduced video image is acquired from video driving/processing means while screen coordinates of the object are acquired from a coordinates specifying device. Based on the acquired data, video operation information processing means searches the subject-of-operation information to identify the object handled by the user. The subject-of-operation information retains only information associated with each transitional phase of motion of the object, whereby the size of information can be reduced, thus permitting the object specifying process and a like process to be executed at high speed.
