    摘要： [Problem] To provide: a water-insoluble plant fibrous material derived from soybeans that has both the functions of imparting viscosity to liquid batter and of stabilizing viscosity; a method for imparting viscosity to liquid batter using said raw material; and a method for stabilizing viscosity. [Solution] The provision of an agent for imparting viscosity to liquid batter was achieved by using a water-insoluble plant fibrous raw material obtained by: heating a slurry, prepared by adding water to bean curd lees, to more than 100° C. and up to 150° C.; then substantially removing the water-soluble component thereof.

    摘要： In a semiconductor memory device wherein a plurality of memory cell units formed by connecting a plurality of memory cells in series are provided and each of the memory cell units is connected to a bit line, the semiconductor memory device comprises control circuit for directly reading data of a register cell during a reading operation when the previous row address designates the same memory cell as the present row address, and a data changing controlling circuit for changing data of an arbitrary memory cell of the memory cell unit to data of the memory cell closest to the bit line contact in the memory cell unit, and a row decoder for corresponding row addresses which select the memory of memory cell units, to the upper addresses than the parts of the row addresses which select a memory unit among the memory cell units.

    摘要： There is provided a coating material comprising a mixture of a water-based resin composition of a thermoplastic elastomer (A) and/or a thermoplastic elastomer (B) in which at least one moiety is modified with a functional group; one of a water-based resin composition of a resin (G) formed from a copolymerizable monomer (G-1) which includes a monomer having an α,β-monoethylenic unsaturated group and other copolymerizable monomer, and a water-based resin composition of an urethane resin (U); and a water-based resin composition of a petroleum-based hydrocarbon resin (D) and/or a rosin-based resin (E) and/or a terpene-based resin (F). The coating material causing no separation phenomenon provides a coating composition or a primer with which spray coating is possible, and is a completely water-based coating material exhibiting an excellent adhesivity to a molded article of various resins such as polyolefin and a synthetic rubber or to metals such as a steel plate and aluminum.
