    摘要: There is provided an image analysis system which captures image data of an arbitrary pair of a first image RI and a second image LI among images obtained by color-photographing a single object from different positions into an analysis computer, wherein the computer includes corresponding point extraction means for assigning a weighing factor to a pixel information value based on the contrast size of the pixel information value in each of a first local area ROI1 set around an arbitrary reference point in RI and second local areas ROI2s at which scanning is performed on LI, calculating the similarity between ROI1 and ROI2s, and extracting a corresponding point which corresponds to the reference point from a ROI2 having the highest similarity, and depth information calculating means for calculating depth information of the object based on coordinates of the reference point and the corresponding point.

    摘要: OCT measuring that uses an optical fiber and is capable of preventing degradation in the resolution due to the wavelength dispersion of the optical fiber. For controlling the optical path length of the reference light in the OCT measuring, the following are provided: a diffraction grating element for dispersing the reference light; a collimator lens for collimating the dispersed reference light; and a reflection mirror for reflecting the reference light transmitted through the collimator lens back to the collimator lens and inputting to the diffraction grating element. The reflection mirror pivots on a position offset from the optical axis of the collimator lens. The diffraction grating element is tilted with respect to the optical axis of the collimator lens to compensate for the wavelength dispersion of the optical fiber.

A processing method for processing a workpiece moving in a processing chamber, the processing method includes: discharging a vapor from a first nozzle toward the workpiece while flowing a fluid through a fluid channel which is provided inside a wall, the wall enclosing the processing chamber.
