摘要： A quartz glass crucible for use in a process for pulling a single crystal silicon and having an outer layer and an inner layer. The outer layer contains less than 0.3 ppm each of Na, K and Li and more thant 5 ppm of Al. The outer layer further contains bubbles to present an opaque appearance. The inner layer is made by melting powders of high purity non-crystalline synthetic silica and contains less then 200 ppm of OH group. There is also disclosed a method for producing the crucible.

摘要： The objective of this invention is to provide a compact rotary encoder with no axial play, and in order to achieve this objective, the cylindrical operating shaft is supported by the cylindrical support shaft extending up from the bottom surface of the rotary encoder base member so that the attachment portion of the control knob and the fitting portion of the cylindrical operating shaft can be made longer, whereby inclination in the control knob and play in the fitting portion of the operating shaft can be reduced while keeping the overall height of the rotary encoder small.

摘要： An ultrasonic humidifier comprising an atomizing chamber 2 containing water which is atomized by an ultrasonic vibration board 4 to be discharged therefrom. A water delivering path (17a or 17b) establishing communication between the valve rod receiving chamber 6 and the atomizing chamber is bent and elongated in a horizontal plane thereof.

摘要： A gerotor assembly includes a star, a ring, and an annular plug member, as well as an o-ring. The star member defines a center opening of a first diameter which is connectable to a low-pressure fluid reservoir. The ring member circumscribes the star member. The ring member defines, in conjunction with a stationary end cap of a fluid control device, a fluid channel connectable to a high-pressure fluid supply. The plug member is circumscribed by the star member, and defines a center bore of a second diameter less than the first diameter. The o-ring is positioned between the star and the plug members. The plug member forms a fluid seal against the end cap. A fluid control device includes the above gerotor assembly and a valve housing section. A method of assembling the gerotor assembly and fluid control device are also disclosed.
