摘要: The present invention provides culture methods of T lineage precursor cells comprising a step of culturing the T lineage precursor cells under a condition that a dissolved oxygen concentration in the nutrient medium is higher than a dissolved oxygen concentration in the nutrient medium when the medium is in contact with normal atmospheric air.According to the methods of the present invention, by using a submerged (suspension) culture which is a general method for culturing cells or tissues, the derivation of matured T cell(s) differentiated from T precursor cells in terms of their phenotypes of differentiation antigens and of their functions is realized to be accomplished.

摘要: In a wire-cut EDM apparatus for cutting a workpiece (2) submerged in a processing tank (3) filled with a machining fluid (15), an opening (24) is made in the side wall of the tank through which an arm unit passes. A slide plate (14) also has an opening for passage of the arm unit and also provents leakage from the space between the opening 24 and the arm unit. In one preferred embodiment a fluid flow between the slide plate and arm unit is used to prevent fluid in the tank from escaping through the space between the slide plate (14) and the arm unit. Alternatively, a low frictional member may be placed between the arm unit and the slide plate for axially sealing the arm unit. Frictional resistance from movement of the lower arm unit is reduced and machining accuracy improved.

摘要: Disclosed is a method of forming an electrically conductive circuit comprising the steps of: preparing a transferring paper in which an assembly of electrically conductive foil carrying a predetermined pattern and an insulating layer containing glass frit and an overcoat layer consisting of a resin film having good burning property are provided on a transferring paper covered with a paste layer; removing an integral structure of the conductive foil, the insulating layer, and the overcoat layer from the transferring paper; transferring the removed integral structure onto a substrate; and burning the substrate with the integral structure set thereon at a temperature where the glass is soften. According to this method, it is possible to eliminate transformation or damage of a conductive foil where a conductive foil is singly disposed on a substrate.

摘要: In an automatic bank note transaction apparatus, the deposited notes are circulated and appropriated for dispensation, as in the normal window operation. The amounts of money for previously stored notes for dispensation, deposited notes, and dispensed notes are stored and calculated so that the current amount of money stored in the automatic bank note transaction apparatus is indicated by a display section as required, thereby improving the efficiency of fund operations.

摘要: A base panel member 22 is provided with openings 24. A back panel member 26 having projections 28 that can be inserted into the openings 24. Springs 38 bias the projections 28 against the openings 24. Shape-memory members 40 are disposed in the vicinity of the springs 38. The projections 28 are inserted into the openings 24 by a biasing force of the springs 38, so that airflow through the openings 24 is prohibited. The shape-memory members 40 change shape according to temperature changes, and produce a force against the biasing force. This allows the projections 28 to be separated from the openings 24, creating an airflow state in which the air can pass through the openings 24. A design is formed by combining the base panel member 22 and the projections 28, while the projections 28 are inserted into the openings 24.

摘要: A book readout system and method for reading out information described in a book at a high speed, while the book, in a bound form, is flipped through. A page state measuring unit (2) measures a page state of a book being flipped through. A book image acquisition unit (1) comprises a plurality of first cameras (11) which respectively acquire book images with respect to a page of the book, from mutually different directions, for a plurality of number of times. A data processing unit (3) corrects the book image acquired by the book image acquisition unit (1) using the information of the page state of the book measured by the page state measuring unit (2).
