    摘要: This invention discloses a switching constant current source circuit including a first current path for supplying a constant current, a first MOS transistor, one end of a current path of which is connected to the first current path, the other end of the current path of which is connected to a second current path, and a gate of which is applied with a digital signal corresponding to a logical amplitude, a second MOS transistor, one end of a current path of which is connected to the first current path, the other end of the current path of which is connected to a third current path, and which performs a switching operation complementary with the first MOS transistor, and level conversion means for fetching a change in voltage in the first current path caused by a change in current flowing through the first current path according to an operation of the first MOS transistor in response to the digital signal, and alternately applying a first level for disabling the second MOS transistor, which operates complementarily with the first MOS transistor, and a second level for enabling the second MOS transistor to output a predetermined current.

    摘要: A MOS logic circuit comprises two P channel MOSFETs connected in parallel between a positive power source V.sub.DD and a logic signal output terminal and two series circuits connected in parallel between a ground voltage source V.sub.SS and the terminal, each series circuit being comprised of serially connected two N channel MOSFETs. The gate electrodes of the MOSFETs located in the corresponding positions in the respective series circuits are connected to first and second logic signal input terminals, respectively. Similarly, the gate electrodes of the other MOSFETs located in the corresponding positions in the respective series circuits are connected to the second and first logic signal input terminals, respectively.

    摘要: A CR oscillation circuit is provided which includes inverters which are connected in series and whose operating current paths between a power source terminal and a ground terminal are connected in series with a constant current source. In certain embodiments, a resistor is connected between the output terminal of one inverter and the input terminal of the first inverter, and a capacitor is connected between the output terminal of another inverter and the input terminal of the first inverter. The CR oscillation circuit further has a constant current source connected in series with the operating current path of said inverters between the power source terminal and the ground terminal. In other embodiments, the resistor and capacitor are connected in parallel and to the input of an inverter.

    摘要: A controller for a vehicle transmission is disclosed. The controller may include an electronic control unit configured to carry out a change shift for changing a path of the transmission of power between a first transmission path and a second transmission path by engaging a predetermined clutch mechanism. The electronic control unit may also be configured to set a change speed ratio region that defines a range of a speed ratio of the first transmission mechanism such that a rotation speed difference between engagement members of the clutch mechanism, which are engaged with each other in carrying out the change shift, is smaller than or equal to a predetermined value. When a speed ratio outside the change speed ratio region is set in the first transmission mechanism, the change shift is not carried out.
