    摘要: There is provided a power source device capable of obtaining power not only when springs or the like return but also when a handle for winding up the springs or the like are operated. The power source device comprises a main shaft connected to both the handle and a main power generation device, an auxiliary shaft connected to an auxiliary power generation device arranged side by side in parallel with the main shaft, the main spring and the auxiliary spring requiring less load to wind up than the main spring being installed between the main shaft and the auxiliary shaft via drums such that accumulation and release of elastic force of the springs are alternated on both shafts, wherein when the main shaft is normally rotated by the handle, elastic force accumulated in the auxiliary spring is applied in the direction of rotation of the main shaft as releasing force.

    摘要: By forming a silicon single-crystal thin film direct on a chemically etched substrate, a time required for all the process can be effectively shortened, which largely contributes to reduction in production cost of a silicon epitaxial wafer and improvement on production efficiency thereof, with the result that a reduced wafer price at a user's end and a short delivery time are ensured. In a technical aspect, an etching removal in a chemical etching treatment is set to be 60 &mgr;m or more and thereby, a glossiness of a front main surface of a chemically etched substrate can be ensured to be 95% or higher. With such a glossiness of the front main surface of the substrate employed, a surface glossiness of a silicon single-crystal thin film formed on the front main surface of the chemically etched substrate can be increased to 95% or higher, thereby, enabling an auto-alignment treatment in a lithographic step coming later with no trouble.

    摘要: A system for controlling an automatic vehicle transmission, including a gear system and hydraulic clutches which hold a member of the gear system stationary to produce gear reduction or reverse, having an oil line which connects the clutches to an oil pressure source, a pressure control valve having a solenoid provided in the oil line which generates a regulated oil pressure to be supplied to the clutches in response to a current supplied to the solenoid, a switch valve provided in the oil line which switches the oil pressure to be supplied to the one of the clutches between the regulated oil pressure and a line pressure. In the system, it is discriminated whether the pressure control valve does not supply the regulated oil pressure to the clutches and if so, a dither current is supplied to the solenoid such that the valve repeatedly performs a vibrational motion to remove any grit therefrom, thereby removing grit without causing gear-shift shock or clutch vibration.

Thus, when the lockup clutch of the torque converter is brought into an engaged state, the responsiveness can be enhanced while preventing the generation of a shock.

For a period from the time point t.sub.2 to a time point t.sub.3, a return-time target speed ratio eTRN gradually increased toward the predetermined target speed ratio eECONOMY is set, and a feed-back control is carried out in order to equalize the actual speed ratio e to the return-time target speed ratio eTRN. Thus, it is possible to set the speed ratio of a torque converter at a high value during a normal cruising of a vehicle to enhance the specific fuel consumption, and to reduce the speed ratio during depression of the accelerator pedal to enhance the accelerating performance.
