    摘要: A toy prime mover has a hollow housing provided with a spring windup mechanism which can be wound up by a crank at the back of the housing and which has output shafts at the front of the housing, at the sides of the housing and at the bottom of the housing. Ground-engaging drive wheels are connected to the output at the bottom of the housing. A support plate can be connected to each of the shoulder joints surrounding each of the output members at the sides of the housing and each such support plate can carry a pair of large-diameter ground-engaging wheels that are driven via gears from the output member of the shoulder in order to allow the prime mover to displace itself over relatively rough terrain. A trailer may be connected to the back of the prime mover and has a ground-engaging steering wheel mounted on an arm carrying at its end a magnet. A wand also provided with a magnet can magnetically swing this arm to steer the prime mover without touching it. The output member at the front of the housing may be connected via a coil spring to the similar output member at the front of another such prime mover and the shoulder joints may be provided wit ground-engaging support arms so that the two devices can be wound up and allowed to wrestle with each other.

    摘要: In an apparatus for controlling warm-up operation of a general-purpose internal combustion engine having a throttle valve installed in an air intake pipe and connectable to an operating machine to be used as a prime mover of the machine, it is configured to calculate a basic fuel injection amount based on an engine speed and a throttle opening and control engine warm-up operation by calculating a warm-up time fuel injection amount by correcting the calculated basic fuel injection amount based on one of a temperature change amount of a spark plug seat of the engine, the throttle opening and an output of the operating machine and injecting fuel from an injector by the calculated warm-up time fuel injection amount. With this, it becomes possible to calculate a fuel injection amount suitable for the engine warm-up condition by using an appropriate parameter in place of the lubricating oil temperature.

    摘要: In an apparatus for controlling an air/fuel ratio of a general-purpose internal combustion engine using mixed fuel containing alcohol and gasoline and operated at a desired engine speed inputted by the operator while a throttle opening is regulated such that a detected engine speed converges to the inputted desired engine speed, a fuel injection amount for mixed fuel determined based on fuel injection amount characteristics is increased/decreased when a load is kept constant and the output air/fuel ratio (at which an output of the engine becomes maximum) is estimated. And the fuel injection amount is corrected based on the estimated air/fuel ratio, thereby enabling to estimate the output air/fuel ratio without using an expensive air/fuel ratio sensor and to feedback-control the fuel injection amount such that the engine is operated at the output air/fuel ratio.
