摘要: The improved thermal image recording method for forming an image to be recorded corresponding to image data on a thermal recording material using a thermal head, includes the steps of dividing the image to be recorded on one screen into a specified number of regions each having a specified number of pixels and calculating for each of the regions a representative value of the image data within that region; calculating a predicted value of temperature for each of the regions from the representative value of the image data within that region and an initial value of temperature as detected with a specified number of thermistors; calculating a value of temperature correction for each of the regions from the predicted value of temperature for that region; interpolating the values of temperature correction for the regions to calculate a value of temperature correction for each of the pixels in the image to be recorded on one screen; and performing temperature compensation on the image data of each of the pixels. The improved thermal recording apparatus carries out the improved thermal recording method described above. These apparatus and method are capable of recording high quality images at high speed without uneven densities.

摘要: In the improved thermal recording method in which image data supplied from an image data supply source are subjected to specified image processing jobs and in which a thermal head is driven in accordance with the processed image data so as to perform thermal recording, image processing jobs are performed in a specified order such that sharpness correction and tone correction are followed by shading correction and correction of resistance values which, in turn are followed by compensation for temperature elevation, provided that calculation treatment of respective values of the image data for the compensation for temperature elevation is performed either prior to or after either one of the corrections that are performed subsequent to the tone correction. It is preferred that black ratio correction and/or load variation correction are also performed after the shading correction and the correction of resistance values, and prior to the compensation for temperature elevation. The improved thermal recording apparatus is used to carry out the thermal recording method described above. According to these apparatus and method, high quality images can be recorded consistently.

摘要: A diaphragm valve comprises a body having an inflow passage, outflow passage, valve chamber and valve seat, a metallic diaphragm for maintaining air-tightness of the valve chamber, a bonnet for securely holding the edge portion of the outer circumference of the metallic diaphragm in cooperation with the body, a stem inserted through and supported by the bonnet but movable up and down, and a valve disk inserted through a center opening in the metallic diaphragm. The valve disk comprises a seat portion of disk-like shape contacting with and moving away from the valve seat, a shaft portion provided on the top surface of the seat portion and inserted through the opening in the diaphragm, and a connecting portion provided at the top end of the shaft portion and connected to the bottom end portion of the stem. An end edge portion of the inner circumference of the diaphragm is welded to the disk valve shaft portion over the entire circumference of the shaft portion at a location spaced from the seat portion so that a large gap exists between the upper surface of the seat portion and the lower surface of the diaphragm, thereby improving gas substitution performance.

摘要: In a power converting apparatus having a plurality of phases on an AC side and configured to perform conversion between DC power and AC power, a current detector detects currents flowing through a DC source line through which a plurality of phase currents commonly flow. A control unit sets a current detection period and a succeeding current control period in each successive control cycle. Using first gate signals based on reference gate signals for PWM control, the control unit calculates values of the individual phase currents from the first gate signals and the detected currents during the current detection period. Then, during the current control period, the control unit performs PWM control using phase voltage commands generated by correcting phase voltage target values so as to cancel out voltage errors that occur during the current detection period.
