摘要: A computation partitioning method is arranged to automatically convert a sequential source program for a single processor into a partitioned computation for a distributed memory machines containing plural processors. The method is executed to analyze a syntax of a source program described in a high-level language containing at least one loop having plural assignment statements, each assignment having an array, distribute the array element in the source program and at least one loop and allocate the partitioned parts of the array element to the processors. For each processor, then, the method is further executed to derive a loop iteration set corresponding to an array element distributed to the processor for plural assignment statements in at least one loop and generate a new array having the sum set of the derived loop iteration set as its array elements. By using the new generated array index as the loop iteration set of the assignment statements in at least one loop, the partitioned computation to be executed by each processor is generated.

摘要: A USB 3 host controller according to the present invention includes a transfer speed switching unit besides a transfer data converting unit that mutually converts transfer data from a USB device and transfer data from a PCI Express bus. The transfer speed switching unit receives transfer information regarding data transfer from the USB device via a USB 3 interface when the USB device is connected, and identifies a transfer speed used by a PC side according to the transfer information or a result of analyzing the transfer information. Then, when a current transfer speed of the PC side is different from the identified transfer speed, the transfer speed switching unit transmits a speed switching signal indicating switch to the identified transfer speed to a PCI master via a PCI express interface.

摘要: More efficient radiation of heat from a point-like light source is enabled, and thinning is promoted, while higher and more uniform brightness of a planar illumination device is accommodated. A radiation path is formed through which the heat generated from the point-like light source is transmitted to a radiator plate made of metal through an electrode terminal of the point-like light source, a land portion of a front side face of an FPC, a through hole of a conductor pattern, and a high heat-conductive resin. The radiation path for efficient radiation from a conductor pattern of the FPC to the radiator plate made of metal is extended, and direct radiation area is sufficiently ensured. Particularly even if a large-current type LED is used for the point-like light source, sufficient radiation effect can be obtained. Also, since freedom in wiring pattern on the FPC and freedom of outline are not different from a conventional FPC at all, a demand for thinning of the planar illumination device can be sufficiently satisfied.

摘要: A compiler for a DRP inputs a source program, and outputs the final CPU code to operate in an information processing device having hierarchical memories of at least three hierarchies comprising addressable memories. The compiler outputs a code which transfers instructions or configurations to a processor of the information processing device, in the hierarchical memories, with the memory close to the processor as the upper layer, from the memory of the lower layer to the memory of the upper layer, step by step.
