    摘要: Electroplated steel sheet suitable for soldering is provided by coating the plated steel sheet with a post-treatment solution in the range of 0.01 to 2 um in dry thickness. The post-treatment solution contains from 2 to 200 g/liter of at least one water-soluble or water-dispersed materials other than phosphoric esters, and/or from 5 to 200 g/liter of phosphoric esters, and also contains from 2 to 100 g/liter of at least one water-soluble or water-dispersable organic fluoro compound. The post-treatment solution may further contain from 0.01 to 3 g/liter of Cr.sup.6+ ion, and/or from 10 to 100 g/liter of organic amine soap. A suitable pH value of the post-treatment solution is between 3 and 10.

Said method of applying the composite polyvinylchloride plastisol coating to a metal sheet, in certain instances, involving curing the coated sheet metal with ultraviolet rays after heating and embossing the coating. Also provided herewith is a polyvinylchloride plastisol used in such method.

    摘要: A drawing punch for use in drawing foils in a die which converges in the direction of drawing. The punch has a rigid core, a cylindrical elastic body on the core and surrounding the core with a cavity therein around the core and opening out of the end of the body facing the direction of drawing. A rigid support member is provided on the core against which the other end of the body is supported. The radial cross-sectional area of the cylindrical elastic body increases from the firstmentioned end of the body toward the other end, and the peripheral surface of the cylindrical elastic body is at a positive angle to the axis of the punch of from 0.degree. to 20.degree.. The cavity has a volume which becomes zero just before the end of the stroke of the punch into the die.

    摘要: Porous flame retarded acrylic synthetic fibers consisting of cellulose acetate and a modacrylic copolymer containing vinyl chloride and/or vinylidene chloride are produced by spinning an organic solvent solution of a polymer consisting of cellulose acetate and the above described modacrylic copolymer into a coagulation bath, primarily drawing the spun fibers at a draw ratio of 2.5.about.8.0, drying the water swelled fibers at 100.degree..about.180.degree. C. to a water content of no greater than 1.0% by weight and secondarily drawing the dried fibers under wet heat at a draw ratio of no greater than 3 times.

    摘要: This invention relates to a sintered alloy of a boride containing iron consisting essentially of a hard phase composed mainly of iron boride or a multiple boride containing iron in which a part of iron boride is substituted by a non-ferrous boride or multiple boride and a metal phase composed of at least one metal selected from Cu, Co, Ni, Fe, Cr, Mo, W, Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta and alloys composed mainly of these metals, wherein the boron content is 3 to 20% by weight, and to a method of making such sintered alloy. The sintered alloy of this invention has a hardness higher than that of high speed steel and has such high hardness and strength that it is comparable to alloys of cemented carbide, and it is characterized in that it has a good corrosion resistance at room temperature, a high oxidation resistance at high temperatures, a high hardness and a high strength, and that it is cheaper and lighter than cemented carbide. This invention provides a novel sintered high-hardness material which will take the place of cemented carbide or high speed steel.
