摘要： A lancing apparatus for producing a puncture wound, comprising a magazine holder for a lancet magazine with a plurality of lancets. The lancet drive comprises a drive spring, a tensioning device for tensioning the drive spring and a push rod, the push rod being adapted for coupling to a lancet located in the lancet magazine and being adapted for moving at high velocity, together with a lancet coupled thereto, by means of lancet drive during a puncture and retraction movement to produce a puncture wound. A magazine advancing mechanism is provided for advancing the lancet magazine in such a manner that the lancets stored therein can be coupled to the push rod one after the other. According to exemplary embodiments, the lancet drive is not mechanically coupled to the magazine advancing mechanism whereby a plurality of puncture wounds can be produced using the same lancet a plurality of times. The lancing apparatus compromises an actuating element for actuating the magazine advancing mechanism independently from the lancet drive, in particular for actuating it independently from the tensioning device.

The semiconductor package includes a discrete semiconductor chip on a die pad, a plurality of bond pads situated next to the chip and formed with a plurality of connecting mechanisms and an encapsulant for encapsulating the chip and the pads. In a preferred embodiment the die pad and/or the bond pads comprise means for vertically and laterally interlocking the pads to the encapsulant. The interlocking means of the bond pads and the die pad significantly enhance the bonding strength between the pads and the encapsulant for preventing delamination or cracking, so that quality and reliability of the quad flat non-leaded semiconductor package comprising a discrete can be assured.

The punch mechanism is a gang punch cooperating with a corresponding die and the greensheet is automatically fed to the gang punch and die, the greensheet punched and then the punched greensheet removed from the punch area and another greensheet positioned for punching. Operation of the gang punch apparatus is efficient and effective and has a high greensheet throughput. A preferred gang punch uses a pressurizable air chamber for controlling punching of the greensheet without damage to the greensheets or gang punch mechanism.

摘要： A blood collection system for collecting blood from a body part for diagnostic purposes, comprising a housing with a lancet guide, by which a lancet is guided on a predetermined puncture path, and a lancet drive for driving a puncturing movement of the lancet on the predetermined puncture path. The puncturing movement comprises a forward movement phase in the direction of puncturing and, after reaching a reversal point, a subsequent retraction movement phase in the direction opposite the puncture direction. The lancet drive has a driving spring, which is arranged behind the lancet and is connected to the lancet during the forward movement phase of the puncturing movement so that the lancet is driven in the puncturing direction. The system comprises an oscillation control device for controlling oscillation of the lancet and the driving spring in such a manner that repeated puncturing of the body part by the lancet is prevented.
