摘要: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for ordering a plurality of potential base stations to serve a user equipment on a supplemental uplink and providing random access channel (RACH) configuration parameters for each of the plurality of potential base stations to the user equipment. Certain aspects provide a method for wireless communication. The method generally includes communicating, by a user equipment (UE), with a first base station (BS) on a downlink on a first frequency band. The method further includes receiving, by the UE from the first BS, a list comprising RACH configuration parameters for each of a plurality of BSs. The method further includes selecting a second BS from the plurality of BSs based on an ordering of the plurality of BSs in the list and performing a RACH procedure with the second BS.

摘要: A method, an apparatus, and a computer program product for wireless communication are provided. The apparatus determines a first fractional amount of a first data flow to be served to a UE via a first communication link using a first radio access technology (RAT), determines a second fractional amount of the first data flow to be served to the UE via a second communication link using a second RAT, and serves the first fractional amount of the first data flow to the UE using the first communication link.

摘要: Certain aspects of the present disclosure relate to techniques for aggregating data from a wireless wide area network (WWAN) and wireless local area network (WLAN). In some aspects, a packet convergence entity (e.g., PDCP layer entity) communicates with first and second radio access technology (RAT) links. The packet convergence entity may determine from which of the first and second RAT links a data packet is received and may monitor a sequence number value of each of the received data packets. The packet convergence entity may perform one or more actions based on a determination that the data packets are received out of order. For example, the packet convergence entity may deliver the data packets to an upper layer entity as they are received (e.g., in order or out of order), may reorder the data packets and ignore data packet losses, and/or may request retransmissions of missing data packets.

摘要: Certain aspects of the present disclosure relate to techniques for managing radio link failure recovery for a user equipment (UE) connected to a WWAN and a WLAN. The techniques may include establishing communication with a first radio access technology (RAT) and a second RAT. At least one data flow may be transmitted over each of the first RAT and the second RAT. Determinations may be made as to whether to maintain the at least one data flow over the second RAT when a radio link failure (RLF) is detected at the UE and/or whether to resume the at least one data flow over the second RAT upon RLF recovery. The determinations may be made at the UE, at a network entity in communication with the UE, or some combination thereof.

摘要: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A plurality of public land mobile networks (PLMNs) across the plurality of different mobile network operators (MNOs) may participate in a shared operator service offering for facilitating provision of intelligent services in ambient computing environments. A first network entity, such as a reader device, may receive from an energy harvesting (EH)-capable device in an ambient computing environment a back-scattered signal that includes identification information associated with the EH-capable device. In some cases, the first network entity and the EH-capable device may be associated with different PLMNs or different MNOs. Based on configuration information indicating a type of enrichment information to collect, the first network device may obtain enrichment information associated with the EH-capable device and may cause the identification information and the enrichment information to be transmitted to a second network entity.

摘要: Aspects presented herein may enable a network entity (e.g., a consumer network entity) to request data and/or analytics (e.g., AI/ML analytics, AI/ML inference, etc.) from another network entity (e.g., a RAN) via a core network or a function associated with the network (e.g., an NWDAF of the core network). In one aspect, a core network entity receives, from a first network entity, an analytics request. The core network entity transmits, to a second network entity, a data collection request based at least in part on the analytics request. The core network entity receives, from the second network entity, a data collection response based on the data collection request. The core network entity transmits, to the first network entity, an analytics response based at least in part on the data collection response.
