    摘要： A coating agent for delaying the release of a physiologically active substance to be administered per os to ruminants, said coating comprising a veterinary acceptable water-soluble, synthetic high molecular compound and ethylcellulose, said coating agent being stable in the first stomach or rumen of ruminants and capable of being effectively disintegrated for subsequent absorption in the 4th stomach of ruminants, characterized in that said coating agent further comprises at least one substance which is miscible with both of said high molecular weight compound and ethylcellulose and is insoluble in water.Said coating agent forms a coat which protects the active substance from degradation in the first stomach of a ruminant at a pH of about 5.5 and rapidly breaks down in the 4th stomach at a pH of about 3, thereby releasing the active ingredient for absorption by the animal.The coating agent and the actives coated therewith and their preparation are described.

    摘要： A foamable silicone rubber composition, comprising:(A) a polyorganosilphenylenesiloxane copolymer represented by Formula (I): ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are each a particular monohydrocarbon group, and a and h are each an integer of 1 or more and have the relation of 1.gtoreq.a/b.gtoreq.0.05 and a+b.gtoreq.100,(B) an organosilicon compound containing a particular organosiloxy unit having a hydroxyl group,(C) a polyorganohydrogenosiloxane having at least two particular units having an Si--H bond, and(D) a platinum family metal catalyst.This composition can provide a foam with good mechanical strength.

    摘要： A silicone rubber composition composed of a high-molecular diorganopolysiloxane, a reinforcing silica filler and an organic peroxide as a curing agent is further compounded with a fluorine-containing low-polymeric compound such as poly(chlorotrifluoroethylene) and perfluorinated polyether compound of the formula F--[--CF(CF.sub.3)--CF.sub.2 --O--].sub.v --O--CF.sub.2 --CF.sub.3, in which v is 2 to 100, as well as fluoroalkyl-substituted organopolysiloxanes. The silicone rubber composition can give a cured silicone rubber product having greatly improved resistance against dynamic fatigue as in repeated cycles of stretching and relaxation.

    摘要： The silicone rubber composition of the invention comprises, as the peroxide curing agent, a neopentane diol derivative represented by the general formulaR.sup.1 --O--O--CO--O--CH.sub.2 --C(CH.sub.3).sub.2 --CH.sub.2 --O--CO--O--O--R.sup.2,in which R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are each, independently from the other, a monovalent hydrocarbon group having 3 to 10 carbon atoms or a silyl group of the general formula --SiR.sup.3.sub.3, R.sup.3 being a methyl, ethyl or phenyl group, such as trimethyl silyl, in admixture with a diorganopolysiloxane and a reinforcing silica filler. By virtue of this unique formulation, the silicone rubber composition is suitable for hot-air vulcanization without compression as in the vulcanization process by extrusion molding followed by heating in a hot-air oven.
