摘要: The method of the present invention comprises the steps of:providing a first aluminum member and a second aluminum member to be bonded to each other;forming a zinc alloy soldering layer on the surface while applying ultrasonic vibration to any one of the first aluminum member and the second aluminum member; andbonding the first aluminum member and the second aluminum member through the zinc alloy soldering layer. That is, the first aluminum member and the second aluminum member are formed by casting. The first aluminum member is thereafter immersed in a molten zinc alloy soldering bath. Ultrasonic vibration is applied, and a zinc alloy soldering layer is formed in a prescribed region of the first aluminum member. Further, a zinc alloy soldering layer is formed in a prescribed region of the second aluminum member in the same manner as in the first aluminum member. Then, the first aluminum member and the second aluminum member are bonded through the zinc alloy soldering layer.Upon bonding, ultrasonic vibration is applied, or the members are heated to a temperature over the melting point of the zinc alloy solder.

摘要: In an optical head apparatus for recording or reproducing information onto or from an optical disc, a carriage is movable along a guide shaft extending in a direction parallel with the radial direction of the optical disc, and an armature is mounted on the carriage so that it can rotate about a pivotal axis perpendicular to the surface of the optical disc. An objective lens is fixed to the armature and positioned to traverse the tracks on the optical disc when the armature rotates. Guide yokes extend in parallel with the guide shaft. Tracking and carriage-servo coils are fixed to the armature and have a hollow through which the guide yokes loosely extend. A magnetic field means creates magnetic lines of force perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the guide yokes and parallel with the surface of the optical disc. A drive circuit supplies currents to the tracking and carriage-servo coils in such directions as to produce electromagnetic forces in parallel with each other thereby driving the armature along the guide yokes or in such directions as to produce electromagnetic forces in antiparallel with each other to rotate the armature about the pivotal axis.

摘要: According to one embodiment, a resistance change memory includes a memory cell, a sense amplifier and a global bit line. The memory cell is disposed at a location where a local bit line and a word line intersect each other. The memory cell is connected to both the local bit line and the word line. The sense amplifier reads data stored on the memory cell by supplying a read current to the memory cell. The global bit line is connected between the local bit line and the sense amplifier. The global bit line feeds the read current supplied by the sense amplifier to the local bit line. The sense amplifier charges the global bit line, before the local bit line and the global bit line are connected to each other.
