    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and apparatus in which a terminal performs contention-based access in a mobile communication system, wherein the method comprises: a sensing step of sensing whether or not contention-based access is allowed for at least one logical channel; a receiving step of receiving a contention-based reverse grant from a base station; and a transmitting step of transmitting data to the base station through the logical channel for which the contention-based access is allowed. According to the present invention, contention-based access can be efficiently performed, and the reliability of transmission can be ensured.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for cell selection in a wireless communication system. The method for cell selection by a terminal according to one embodiment of the present invention may comprise the following steps: measuring the channel quality of a first cell; measuring the channel quality of a second cell; determining whether the value obtained by applying an offset to the result of the measurement of the channel quality of the second cell is better than the result of the measurement of the channel quality of the first cell; if the value obtained by applying an offset to the result of the measurement of the channel quality of the second cell is better than the result of the measurement of the channel quality of the first cell, determining whether the value obtained by applying no offset to the result of the measurement of the channel quality of the second cell is better than a preset reference value; and, if the value obtained by applying no offset to the result of the measurement of the channel quality of the second cell is better than the preset reference value, selecting the second cell. According to one embodiment of the present invention, an operable cell can be selected to prevent malfunctions, and interference from a CSG cell may be reduced.

    Abstract: A device and method for handling HARQ feedback in a mobile communication system are disclosed. The HARQ feedback handling method includes: analyzing a control message from a base station to recognize presence of HARQ feedback relationships between downlink carriers and uplink carriers; determining an uplink carrier (a downlink carrier) to support HARQ feedback in response to downlink traffic (uplink traffic) sent through a downlink carrier (an uplink carrier); and sending (receiving) HARQ feedback through the determined uplink carrier (downlink carrier).

    Abstract: The present invention defines an efficient method for (re)selecting a cell according to a speed of a terminal in a HetNet where cells having various regions such as macro cells, pico cells and femto cells are arranged in the same frequency band in a mobile communication system. A cell selection control method of a terminal in a mobile communication system, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises a step of receiving, from a base station, cell list information for not allowing a terminal moving at a high speed to select a cell and a step of setting the terminal so that cells included in the cell list information are considered or not considered to be targets of selection or reselection when the terminal moves at the high speed. According to the present invention, in a network consisting of various types of cells using the same frequency band, the terminal can determine whether to select or reselect a cell according to the speed of the terminal. That is, the terminal moving at the high speed does not select or reselect a frequent service cell, thereby efficiently performing the cell selection or reselection. Further, power consumption of the terminal can be reduced.
