    摘要： A process for the production of a printed wiring board, which comprises preparing a copper-clad laminate having a through-hole formed by drilling; providing a first resist pattern on the surface of the copper-clad laminate so as to cover a portion to be formed as a conductor pattern; etching the copper-clad laminate; removing the first resist pattern; subjecting the whole laminate to an electroless copper plating; laminating a dry film resist on the copper-clad laminate; exposing and developing the dry film resist to form a second resist pattern in such a manner that the through-hole and a portion to be plated are exposed; subjecting the exposed portions to an electrolytic copper plating; removing the second resist pattern; and removing the exposed electroless copper plating through etching.

    摘要： A sealed rolling bearing including inner and outer races and a pair of sealing plates in which fixing grooves each for fixedly receiving a fixing edge portion of a corresponding sealing plate are formed in the edge portions of the peripheral surface of one of the inner and outer races, and slide grooves each for slidably receiving a slidable seal edge portion of a corresponding one of the sealing plates are formed in the edge portions of the peripheral surface of the other race. Each slide groove has a U-shaped cross-section including a bottom surface and a pair of axially outward and inward inclined surfaces. Each sealing plate comprises a core and a flexible seal member integrally fixed to the core, and first, second and third lips which extend axially outwardly, axially inwardly and substantially radially, respectively are formed on the slidable seal edge portion of each sealing plate. The first lip is slidably abutted against a peripheral surface contiguous to the axially outward inclinded surface of the corresponding slide groove, the second lip is slidably abutted against the axially inward inclined surface, and the third lip confronts the bottom surface with a slight clearance.

    摘要： A multi-channel magnetoresistance effect type magnetic head has a short wavelength region magnetic head element and a relatively longer wavelength region magnetic head element. The two head elements are provided on a magnetic substrate with each having a magnetic circuit containing a magnetic gap facing a surface adjacent to and across from a magnetic recording medium. Each magnetic circuit has a discontinuity portion with a bridging magnetoresistance effect sensing element to magnetically connect the discontinuity portion. The longer wavelength magnetic head discontinuity portion is spaced at a greater distance from the adjacent surface than is the discontinuity portion of the shorter wavelength magnetic head element.

    摘要： A two-cycle engine includes a pair of first and second valves movable into and out of respective closed positions where the first and second valves close part of an exhaust port to vary an exhaust timing thereof. Power transmission means includes a pair of first and second shafts angularly movable about their respective axes disposed parallel to an axis of a cylinder and each having a pinion portion. A rack rod is movable along an axis thereof perpendicular to the axis of the cylinder, the rack rod having first and second rack portions meshingly engaging the pinion portions of the first and second shafts, respectively, in such a manner that the angular movement of the first shaft causes the angular movement of the second shaft through the rack rod. A pair of first and second levers of a generally L-shape defined by a pair of perpendicularly-disposed first and second arms has a corner portion where the first and second arms merge. Each lever is angularly movable about an axis passing through the corner portion and disposed parallel to the shafts. The first and second arms of each lever is engaged respectively with a respective one of the first and second valves and a respective one of the first and second shafts in such a manner that the angular movements of the first and second shafts cause the angular movements of the first and second levers, respectively, to move the first and second valves into and out of their closed positions.
