摘要: According to a semiconductor device of the present invention, a differential potential between a sense amplification level and a precharge level of a sense amplifier is set to a power supply potential (VCC-GND) so as to improve resistance against degradation of hold characteristics. Further, low power consumption can be realized along with the improvement. Additionally, the precharge level is set to a power supply of GND or VCC so as to realize a stable supply of the precharge level. Further, a chip size can be reduced since a power supply circuit for precharge is not needed.

摘要: An airbag device for pedestrian is structured to inflate plural airbags side by side to suppress the impact to the pedestrian hit by the automobile at the area around the abutment portion between the adjacent airbags. An airbag 5L inflates to cover left half side of a rear edge portion of a hood 3, a cowl top 2 and a windshield 6 from the center of the automobile in a width direction, and an airbag 5R inflates to cover right half side. In the inflation state, the airbags 5L and 5R are brought into abutment around the center of the automobile in the width direction. Recess portions 10F and 10R are formed as cut portions of a front wall portion 8b and a rear wall portion 8c of an airbag storage case 8 from upper edge portions below the abutment portion between the airbags 5L and 5R.

摘要: In a bumper, a touch sensor and a load detection sensor detect a load applied to the bumper in the event of a head-on collision, when pressed by an absorber. The touch sensor and the load detection sensor are provided in front of reinforced portions of a front wall of a bumper reinforcement. The touch sensor is provided in front of the load detection sensor with a load transfer plate interposed the touch sensor and the load detection sensor. In addition, in the event of a head-on collision, deformation of the front wall is suppressed by the reinforced portions and the load is appropriately applied to the touch sensor and the load detection sensor, and the load is appropriately applied from the touch sensor to the load detection sensor. Thus, the detection performance of the touch sensor and the load detection sensor can be stabilized.

摘要: There are provided a voltage level control circuit with a reduced power consumption and a method of controlling the same. When a signal “A” is in a “L” level and a signal PL entered from the outside of the voltage level control circuit becomes “H” level, a latch signal La outputted from a latch (11) becomes “H” level, whereby NFETs (14, 17, 24) turn ON. A voltage dividing circuit comprising resistances (12, 13) and current mirror differential amplifiers (20, 27) are placed in active states to output “H” as a signal A which controls a boost voltage Vbt (word line driving voltage. As the boost voltage Vbt is increased and reaches to a reference voltage Vref2, a voltage V2 becomes “H”, whereby the signal A becomes “L”. After the signal A become “L”, the latch (11) is made through. At this time, the signal PL is “L”, the latch signal La outputted from the latch (11) becomes “L”, whereby the NFETs (14, 7, 24) turn OFF. As described here, the NFETs (14, 7, 24) is kept OFF in the other time period than when needed, in order to reduce the power consumption.

摘要: In a centrifugal separator of the type in which driving power of a motor is transmitted to a rotor via a power transmission mechanism, such as a belt, a motor-rotation signal frequency fm and a rotor-rotation signal frequency fr are computed, on the basis of which a frequency ratio A (fr/fm) is computed. When the frequency ratio A exceeds the upper limit of a first predetermined range, a warning message is displayed to prompt the user to perform maintenance. When the frequency ratio A exceeds the upper limit of a second predetermined range, an alarm message is displayed and the motor is stopped.
