    摘要: A compact frequency multiplier can perform high-degree frequency multiplication and can be incorporated in a wireless device. The frequency multiplier includes an input terminal for inputting an input signal, a first resonant circuit resonating with the frequency &ohgr; of the input signal, a second resonant circuit and an idler circuit, which resonate with the frequency n·&ohgr; that is, n times the frequency of the input signal, a variable reactor such as a varactor diode, coupling-adjusting capacitors, a bias resistor, and an output terminal for outputting multiplied output signals. In one embodiment, the frequency multiplier is a current-excitation type. The first resonant circuit and the second resonant circuit, each of which is constituted of an LC series resonant circuit, are connected in series between the input terminal and the output terminal. In addition, a parallel circuit constituted of the idler circuit and the varactor diode is connected to a connection point between the first and second resonant circuits and the input terminal and the output terminal.

    摘要: A transmitting circuit is connected to an antenna via a first diode. The antenna is connected to a receiving circuit with the circuit including a strip line and a second diode. Two diodes are turned ON by applying a positive voltage to a first control terminal. In this state, a signal from the transmitting circuit is transmitted from the antenna. The transmission signal is not transferred to the receiving circuit side due to a series resonance circuit with the inductance of the second diode and a capacitor. When the high-frequency switch is used for reception, a positive voltage is applied to a second control terminal. The voltage is divided by a resistors respectively connected to the diodes in parallel, and applied to the diodes as a backward voltage. And hence, the diodes are surely maintained in the OFF state. The isolation between the transmitting circuit and the antenna is improved by a parallel resonance circuit with the capacitance of the first diode and a inductor.

    摘要: This composite electronic part comprises a dielectric layer on which earth electrodes are formed, a dielectric layer on which conductive lines are formed, and a dielectric layer on which electronic parts are pattern-formed. A plurality of the dielectric layers are so laminated that the dielectric layer with the earth electrodes is disposed next to the dielectric layer with the conductive lines. These conductive lines and earth electrodes form strip lines. A short-stub or an open-stub is formed by connecting one end of the conductive line to the earth electrode or opening that one end. A composite electronic part is obtained by connecting the short-stub, open-stub, and the electronic parts.

    摘要: A delay line device for delaying signal transmission. A lamination comprises an uppermost grounding electrode, a lowermost grounding electrode, a plurality of strip-line conductors, a plurality of intermediate grounding electrodes, dielectric layers, and protective layers. The strip-line conductors and the intermediate grounding electrodes are accumulated alternately and are interposed between the uppermost and the lowermost grounding electrodes. The dielectric layers are each interposed between each adjacent pair of the strip-line conductor and the intermediate grounding electrode. The protective layers are respectively provided on outer surfaces of the uppermost and the lowermost grounding electrodes. The strip-line conductors are connected via a through hole to form a strip-line conductor series and both ends of the series are extended onto a side surface of the lamination. An external input electrode is connected to one of the ends of the strip-line conductor series on the side surface of the lamination. An external output electrode is connected to the other end of the strip-line conductor series on the side surface of the lamination. An external grounding electrode is connected to connecting portions of the uppermost, lowermost and intermediate grounding electrodes on the side surface of the lamination.

    摘要: An external electrode is formed on an outer surface of a ceramic molded product. The external electrode consists of an inner layer and an outer layer. The inner layer is composed of conductive material. The outer layer is composed of conductive material and glass material. In a process for producing the ceramic molded product, first, by molding a ceramic material a molded product is formed. On outer surfaces of the molded product, a conductive paste containing copper or the like is coated. Furthermore, on the conductive paste, a conductive paste containing a glass frit is coated. By baking the molded product onto which these two kinds of conductive paste are coated, ceramic electronic parts having an external electrode of 2-layer structure is obtained.

    摘要: A laminated transformer includes a plurality of ferrite sheets having surfaces on which conductor patterns are formed and are laminated and baked to be a sintered body, and a pair of the primary external electrodes and a pair of the secondary external electrodes are provided at end faces of the sintered body. The transformer is used mainly in a high frequency circuit, the conductor patterns formed at the laminated ferrite sheets being used as the primary or the secondary, both ends of the primary conductor patterns being electrically connected to the pair of the primary external electrodes and both ends of the secondary conductor patterns being electrically connected to the pair of the secondary external electrodes, so that the primary and secondary conductor patterns have no coiled construction and no self-distributed capacity, so that the laminated transformer will no induce self-resonance even when used in a high frequency band.
