    摘要: A universal device for securing a catheter on a patient includes a base which optionally has one or more locating elements for positioning or securing a catheter or catheter fitting of various shapes or sizes. The base optionally includes a recessed or flat receiving area defined by locating elements arranged to hold or receive a catheter or catheter fitting. Additional locating elements may be positioned elsewhere for receiving or holding a flange or wing of a catheter fitting. A cover is removably or permanently connected to the base and may optionally have one or more top openings for receiving tabs or extensions of a catheter fitting. The cover may optionally include one or more capture ridges for restraining a catheter or catheter fitting of various shapes or sizes on the base or on the retention plate. The cover may also include one or more tabs or contact bars.

    摘要: The present invention discloses plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) process for depositing n-type and p-type zinc oxide-based transparent conducting oxides (TCOs) at low temperatures with excellent optical and electrical properties on glass and temperature sensitive materials such as plastics and polymers. The process utilizes a mixture of volatile zinc compound, argon and/or helium as a diluent gas, carbon dioxide as an oxidant, and a dopant or reactant to deposit the desired ZnO-based TCOs.

    摘要: An apparatus for generating a modulated signal which includes a modulator operative for receiving a first signal and input data signals, and modulating the first signal in accordance with the input data signals so as to produce a modulated reference signal; a first frequency divider coupled to the modulator output, operative to reduce the frequency of the modulated reference signal by a predetermined factor; a signal generator operative to produce a second signal; a first mixer having a first input coupled to an output of the first frequency divider and a second input coupled to the output of the signal generator. The first mixer operates to frequency translate the modulated reference signal by an amount equal to the frequency of the second signal. In addition, the signal generator of the present invention contains a direct digital synthesizer coupled to a second phase lock loop which operates to up-convert the output signal of the DDS to the microwave region. The feedback network of the second phase lock loop utilizes frequency translation to down-convert the output signal in order to close the loop.
